Abstract: Traditional platform-centric command mode has been unable to meet the needs of modern war. In this paper, a new command mode for ship formation cooperative engagement based on networked condition has been discussed. First, the characteristics of ship formation cooperative engagement are elaborated. Then, the command relationships of ship formation are researched. On the basis, a self-adaptive command mode is proposed to adapt ship formation cooperative engagement under the network condition. Command authority distribution and self-synchronization of this command mode are described, which is important to enhance the adaptability and timeliness of combat command of ship formation cooperative engagement.

Abstract: One operator with multi-machine operating mode is an important part of the analysis of operator-machine work, because it takes it into consideration that the utilization of both machines and operators. It is necessary to study its classification, application and analysis process, besides, a mathematical model is constructed to analyze the differences in efficiency for operators and machines, which are caused by the difference of machine assignment amount. Finally, The process simulation and verification is based on the platform of Plant simulation.

Abstract: In many manufacturing processes, the abnormal changes of some key process parameters could result in various categories of faulty products. In this paper, a machine learning approach is developed for dynamic quality prediction of the manufacturing processes. In the proposed model, an extreme learning machine is developed for monitoring the manufacturing process and recognizing faulty quality categories of the products being produced. The proposed model is successfully applied to a japanning-line, which improves the product quality and saves manufacturing cost.

Abstract: A multi-task control system framework for siemens S7-200 plc series is researched in this article. By the analysis of PLC hardware features and operation modes, a multi-task system framework model which can improve PLC control efficiency in the use process and solve program chaos problem has been established. Multi-task system completes the programming system fault tolerance function and strengthens the system robustness.

Abstract: This paper discusses the integration of advanced computational design and digital fabrication methods through the project Light-Vault, which addresses the development and execution of complex designs resulting in a performance based approach through optimization. The project shows the development of a vault which is made through an assemblage of customized multiple components, which are parametrically controlled and evaluated with respect to light and weight. Due to influence of multiple fitness parameters a genetic algorithm is created and new methodology is developed for the evolution of the form. Algorithms are developed to ensure design thinking and fabrication procedures are simultaneously developed in a non-linear, parallel performance based process. This logical approach investigates the various possibilities and optimizes the development and fabrication of ruled surfaces in the interior volume of the component using digital methods and translation of the form into reality using industrial robots for fabrication. In parallel, the project explores the potential of robotic technology and introduces innovations of personalized robotic tools, in generating quick shaping volumes through this process. The developed methodology is tested in creating multiple units of the vault which are analyzed against various evaluation criteria. This cumulative cohesive process between advanced digital and physical computation methods is translated through a full-scale built pavilion.

Abstract: Aiming at measuring path planning, based on inspection MBD (Model Based Definition) models of the measured parts, size and position information of the parts features are generated. Global coordinate equations of the features are established. In measuring process, probe heads should move along the outer normal vector, and the path should be the shortest. Under these constraint condictons, the obstacle avoidance path are created between the probe head starting points and the inspected features origin points. Finally, an example is given to verify the algorithm, which offers a base for the whole path planning considering the change of the probe heads and their direction.

Abstract: As technology advanced, moving target tracking system is used more and more widely. But the traditional tracking systems are much restricted of imaging and tracking devices. This paper developed system based moving target tracking which could have a broader scope of application. The system does not have to be limited to tracking devices, but the application of the model matching technique and IMAQ Vision modules of Labview environment to form the framework of the virtual instrument system, and finally through the experiment to verify the practicality of the system.

Abstract: RTWT (Real-Time Windows Target) and xPC Target are two developing environments based on Matlab/RTW for hardware-in-loop real-time simulation and rapid control prototype. Some error messages which lead to program stop often occur in their practical applications, such as CPU overload, buffer too small, and so on. In this paper, performance of the two simulation environments were studied by analyzing their working mechanism and conducting a lot of experiments, including signal data logging capability, sampling period and system stability. And the reasons which cause error running messages were analyzed. The following conclusions have been drawn. For RTWT data logging capability is not limited by buffer size because the data in buffer are saved to file in real-time during operating. While for xPC Target data logging capability is not limited by buffer size because the data in buffer are uploaded to the host computer and stored in file at the end of run. As long as the sampling period is slightly larger than the task execution time, xPC Target can run stably. RTWT can run stably only when the sampling period is far larger than the task execution time. The proposed conclusions can provide reference for selection between RTWT and xPC Target and their application.

Abstract: Printing system of college educational administration has been managed by artificial, which result in low efficiency and high human cost. So we build a system by docking the software and hardware system of background database based on IC card to realize self-service printing for teachers and students of college, which provide a high-efficiency, convenient and humanized service mode, and enhane the economical sense of teachers and students for creating a green campus.

Abstract: A heuristic peephole diversifier was based on the technique of complier optimization. It took user input binary sequence to generate multiple copies of sequences that functional equal to the original one but longer or complexity. The diversifier analyzed the disassembly code from binary, sliced them into blocks to construct the data-flow as heuristic information to guide the instruction selection phase from the table that built from some sample programs. Such method could effectively resist the binary differences analysis attack, increase the difficulty against cracking.
