Abstract: The existence of compactly supported orthogonal two-directional vector-valued wavelets associated with a pair of orthogonal shortly supported vector-valued scaling functions is researched. We introduce a class of two-directional vector-valued four-dimensional wavelet wraps according to a dilation matrix, which are generalizations of univariate wavelet wraps. Three orthogonality formulas regarding the wavelet wraps are established. Finally, it is shown how to draw new Riesz bases of space from these wavelet wraps. The sufficient condition for the existence of four-dimensional wavelet wraps is established based on the multiresolution analysis method.

Abstract: In reality, when a small to medium size company adopts ERP system based on customized MES designed to run resource operation of large corporations, problems associated with use and maintenance frequently arise and, in many cases, its effectiveness and performance against investment are not clearly revealed. In order to prevent this problem, it is necessary to take a step by step approach when introducing information system in small to medium size companies and clearly understand the implementation process. This research proposes how to develop information system for small to medium size companies that can effectively collect and analyze data taking into account their business environment and human resources constraint.

Abstract: This document explains that the neural network has good nonlinear mapping and adaptive capacity. It is becoming more and more widely applied in computer network fault detection. The article take BP neural network as an example to illustrate how to detect the computer network faults.

Abstract: The increase in the number of private cars as well as non-standard parked behavior has brought great pressure to campus traffic. In order to control this non-standard parked behavior, orderly and reasonable guide and regulate owners to develop good parking habits, we design a vehicle parking violation notification system. A system is designed in the article to record illegal parking information of vehicles. A working principle of this system is that a wireless MMS image terminal captures image information of illegal vehicles, and real-time transmits the captured image information to the Data Center Computer in Security Department of the school through the GPRS network, so as to achieve illegal vehicle information is timely recorded and notified. Meanwhile, outside campus of illegal vehicles will be warned or limited its re-enter the campus. After a year of work and testing, the entire system is stable, and the image information transmission failure rate is very low. Illegal parking behavior on campus has been significantly curbed, and traffic order has been significantly improved.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a revolution of the information industry operation mode, and has profound effect on development pattern of e-commerce. The paper describes the development opportunities of e-commerce brought by cloud computing, and development mode based on cloud computing.

Abstract: Computer simulation teaching system provides innovative teaching ideas and modes of operation. Simulation teaching systems not only effectively improve teaching effectiveness and student design capabilities, but also greatly improve the innovative consciousness of students. Simulation systems can achieve the display function with human-computer interaction and reaching visual processing model through modeling and simulation software. Computer simulation system is a kind of simulation technology based on experimental, requires close attention and advanced high-tech management. According to the needs of teaching, we design and implement a simulation model of network simulation teaching, and explain how to develop computer simulation system, and apply it to the actual teaching.

Abstract: Office automation is an important link in e-government. Under the new situation, facing a series of new challenges, such as higher requirement of electronic cooperative work environment, the office automation system needs new design. The hardware structure of the E-government office automation system should be divided into two parts of the LAN and the Internet. The overall system frame contains the hardware layer, the system software layer, data access layer, information exchange layer, and application layer and information layer.

Abstract: Library Office Automation (abbreviated OA) system , which can improve efficiency, standardize business processes, reduce office costs, is the symbol for library to achieve modern management. This paper makes Shenyang Aerospace University Library as an example, discusses how to use the core technology of current information field ----- workflow technology, designs and implements OA system, so as to provide a new platform for library modern management.

Abstract: As producing and outsourcing services (POS) are appearing to be increasingly explosive nowadays in manufacturing industry, an efficient technology is needed immediately to manage the POS relationships, create manufacturing orders and integrate the distributed social manufacturing resources. Therefore, a web-based mobile producing and outsourcing service platform (mobi-POSP) for industrial equipment manufacturing is built up and proposed in this paper. Its running principles, designed functions and some key enabling technologies are talked in detail. Finally, four truly cases run in the prototype mobi-POSP to show its feasibility and applicability.

Abstract: Proposes an optimization scheme which uses query predicate group and connecting group technology to realize the calculation sharing in numerous inquires and considerably save the number of existing operator in system and improve the processing speed,it groups the predicate with the same structure by introducing the data structure and changing many filter operation into connecting operation to reduce the number of filter operator. Experimental results show that this method could save the memory space and also is a good way to develop the operation efficiency of the system.
