Abstract: With the Internet of Vehicles popular, many service providers can provide vehicle service (e.g. Web service, Application, Network access, etc.) for users. Then more and more vehicle services are published in Internet of Vehicles, and how to measure the quality of vehicle service (QoVS) become a very important issue. In this paper, we propose a QoVS prediction approach using eAutoregressive integrated moving average. Our approach can predict the QoVS of different vehicle services according their history data. In order to evaluate our proposed approach, we construct experiments and results show that our approach is very effective in internet of vehicles.

Abstract: Aiming at the complex and diverse agricultural information resources, the article proposes a kind of intelligent and scientific agricultural economic analysis method and tool combining the various information technologies, which can improve the level of modern agricultural information management. A universal and compatible counties agricultural economic intelligent decision-making system based on GIS and knowledge is constructed to characterize and analyze agricultural economic spatial and temporal distribution of counties, which introduces multiple agricultural economic analyzing models combining the quantitative analysis of agricultural economic monitoring subsystem with the qualitative analysis of knowledge subsystem. The system utilizes C#.NET as development platform, and the secondary development technology of GIS that helps in the design of the agricultural economic intelligent decision support system, which provides efficient decision support for agricultural economic management sectors.

Abstract: It has been heavy work that to find the related pictures form Internet without annotation. Therefore, the automatic image annotation was extremely important in image retrieval. The traditional method were translated image visual feature into keywords simply, but it ignored the image similarity problem between the low-level visual features and high-level semantic. That is image "gap" problem, so image annotation was very lower. This paper puts forward a classification of web based image content automatic tagging mixing technology, the first it will map visual feature of image to one or more rough images, then we will preprocess the web page text information, finally we select some keywords similarity as image annotation by using similar semantic processing module. So it realizes the image and text combining the automatic annotation and it achieve high precision of image annotation.

Abstract: Solar thermal collector converts solar radiation energy into useful thermal energy and transfers to a transport fluid flowing through the system. The collected energy can be used either direct to space or water heating equipment, or to a thermal storage for later use. Along with fast development, not only domestic hot water supply is needed, but also space heating and cooling are required. Also, limited roof space is another key barrier that should be considered. Furthermore, most of the building integration with solar collectors are mounted on the roof top by flat or tilt angle at present. It is considered to be a failure of low level architectural quality because the collector is used only for application and seems as an independent technical element of the building. With the consideration of the above, novel type of solar collector has been proposed to realize the utilization and offset the barriers. This novel solar collectors is especially suitable to supply domestic hot water, and combines with ASHP for multi-function, space heating and cooling as well as domestic hot water supply. Additionally, it is well integrated with high-rise residential buildings, which is good for aesthetic.

Abstract: According to characteristics of deep excavation, using AHP and multi-objective fuzzy decision theory and other methods to identify a suitable deep excavation bracing program preferred method of multi-objective. Combined with the specific examples of projects, using this method for the optimization of engineering support scheme selection, not only can quickly and easily determine the weight value, but also can reduce the human subjectivity of AHP, making the preferred method of science easy, better to meet the practical requirements.

Abstract: The rock soil thermal conductivity is the most important design parameter for the ground source heat pump system. Based on the equation applied for the heat transfer between the geothermal heat exchanger and its surrounding rock soil, a quasi-three dimensional heat conduction model showing the heat transfer inside the borehole of the U-tube was established to determine the thermal conductivity of the deep-layer rock soil. The results obtained show that the average thermal conductivity got through calculation and actual determination in a tube-embedding region of the ground source heat pump engineering were 1.895 and 1.955W/(m·°C), respectively. The soil layer, which has a great thermal conductivity and a strong integrated heat transfer capability, is suitable for the use of the ground source heat pump system with the tubes embedded underground. The soil layer, with a body temperature of 19 °C and a higher initial temperature, is suitable for the heat extraction from underground in winter. The deviation between the calculation and the determination of the average thermal conductivity in the abovementioned region was 0.06, which could meet the required precision, indicating that the results from the calculation could be used for design.

Abstract: The control of indoor heat environment with air conditioner is not mentioned in the thermal design code for civil building (GB50176-93). A simplified formula is put forward in this paper to calculate the indexes of heat insulation controlled for roof and walls. Furthermore, the theory basis and calculating methods are provided to control the heat insulation of the windows and the energy conservation of roof and walls.

Abstract: There are some common diseases occurred on hollow slab bridge often, such as large deflections and Single Beam Bearing caused by insufficient strength of hinge joints, and so on. Transverse prestressed tendons (TPTS for short) is an effective methods to solve the above diseases. A detailed analysis of hollow slab bridge with TPTS is done by FEM in this article. The analysis parameters include the TPTS layout and the value of prestress. The results show that the TPTS can effectively even the transverse load distribution, and improve the integrity of bridges.
