Abstract: Running deviation of cold strip affects smooth operation in continuous annealing furnace, and the taper roll technology has positive significance for the prevention of strip deviation. In this paper, a finite element model of cold strip in continuous annealing furnace is established, and it can be used to analysis deviation rectification ability of single taper roll with different conical height and straight section length, double taper roll with different total conical height, straight section length and taper ratio. The calculation results show that the conical height is the most important factor for deviation rectification, and the deviation rectification ability of double taper roll is better than single taper roll. The results provide reference for taper roll optimization design in continuous annealing furnace.

Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of the joint target tracking and classification based on data fusion. In traditional methods, a separate suite of sensors and system models are used, target tracking and target classification are usually treated as separate problems. In our JTC framework, the link between target state and class is considered and the feasibility of JTC techniques is discussed. The tracking accuracy and classification probability are improved to some extent with the more accurate classification results from classifier based on data fusion feedback to state filter.

Abstract: Water steam is widely used in steam turbines, steam engines, nuclear power plants and many other places. As a kind of working medium, it has many advantages, such as proper thermodynamic properties, non-toxic, odorless ,cheap, and so on. So it is very important how to determine the state parameters of water steam. In this paper we describe the two methods to determine state parameters of wet saturated steam, and the two methods are compared.

Abstract: The life distribution model and accelerated life testing methods of the disc magazine and manipulator were discussed. The small sample determination of truncation test was performed to QY011 and a batch of test data under the accelerated stress at the selection of vibration as the accelerated stress have been obtained. The reliability life index under certain stress level was analyzed through established the accelerated probability weighted Weibull model and inversed power law model for acceleration model. According to the acceleration model and statistical analysis of test data, the QY011 reliability life level of QY011 disc magazine and manipulator under the normal working conditions were calculated.

Abstract: The paper analyzed on wear failure mechanism of the helical gear of wind turbine. Then, according to the characteristics of the gear transmission, the helical gear integrated wear value was calculated. Considering gear transmission steadily, the ultimate integrated wear quantity was determined by gear transmission accuracy. Finally, the helical gear wear life model was derived, which had an important guiding significance on the wear life prediction of helical gear pair, gear parameter optimization design and wear condition monitoring.

Abstract: A flow resistance mass (momentum) flow sensor has been designed. The structure and principle of flow sensor are introduced. The testing results show that the flow sensor is excellent in stain resistance, large flow ratio, low power dissipation and long service life. A heatmeter can be achieved using the designed sensor with matching integer operation and display modules.

Abstract: Based on the closed-loop control theory in the paper, an intelligent control method of additive manufacturing based on the measurement of the line width is studied. The setpoint with the current line width which is scanned by the CCD sensor is compared, the relative relationship between the displacement speed of the forming equipments workbench and the rate of flow of the nozzle could be controlled. The Results of the study shows intelligent control of solid model and scaffoldss accuracy, pores shape and porosity, the forming precision is improved greatly makes the cell differentiation, attachment and crawling easy.

Abstract: Parallel robot possesses the characteristics of large rigidity, strong load bearing capacity and small error. Directed against the parallel robot mechanism with AC servo-motor driveparallel mechanism, a model of controlling system was established, and a track planning in its working space has been carried out. After that a kind of dynamic sliding mode control algorithm was designed, and a simulative experiment was made on the Matlab/Simulink. The result shows that this algorithm is good in the system, and achieved high precision real-time control on this parallel robot.

Abstract: The structure, material, production and application situation of metal winding gasket were summarized, and the preparation technology and product properties of metal winding gasket were analyzed. The results showed: under the same gasket stress, the leakage rate increased with the increase of medium pressure; Under the same medium pressure, the leakage rate declined with the increase of the gasket stress. By comparing with the performance of traditional asbestos winding gasket, the new metal winding gaskets performance has reached the requirement of asbestos winding gasket and can replace asbestos winding gasket.
