Abstract: In recent years, most area PM2.5 of our country is high, water pollution incidents occur frequently, as the main body of the market economy, enterprises about environment protection and economic symbiosis development can not shirk its responsibility. In the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the combination of theory and practice, systematic, scientific, operational principle, constructing the index system of corporate social responsibility has important practical significance for environment protection.

Abstract: In China, over 28 million tons of dewatered sewage sludge, with 80 wt% moisture content, was generated from wastewater treatment plants in 2011. High moisture content is the bottleneck of sludge treatment and disposal. Thermal drying technology can significantly reduce the moisture content of sludge but its cost is too high. Hydrothermal treatment technology based on cell-break principle can efficiently and economically reduce the moisture content of sludge. This paper will introduce the specific process, features, treatment effect of this technology and propose an economic evaluation. The results show that hydrothermal treatment technology is a reasonable and economical method for treating sewage sludge in cities.

Abstract: Geothermal heating system with horizontal wells doesnt extract ground water and is not affected by the distribution of geothermal resources, which is a closed-loop and environment-friendly system. In this paper, the heat exchange between the horizontal well and rock in the geothermal heating system with horizontal wells has been studied, the heat transfer model has been built, and the heat transfer at different flow rates of water has been calculated. The results show that the outlet temperature of the horizontal well increases with the decrease of the flow rate, and the flux of heat exchange decreases with the decrease of the flow rate. The outlet temperature and the flux of heat transfer have basically the same tendency with time. The three stages are respectively rapidly change stage, moderate change stage and linear change stage.

Abstract: Tidal current energy of sea surface is a kind of renewable energy with wide prospect of development. Because of its relatively high utilization ratio, the horizontal-axis turbine generation system utilizing tidal current energy has become the focus of technology development of tidal current energy all over the world. In this paper, the authors analyze the characteristics of surface tidal current energy along the coast of China. Meanwhile, we use BEM mathematical model to design the 2.5kW Horizontal Axis Tidal Current Energy Turbine Generator Blade, which is suitable for the features of tidal current energy in our country. The result of the prototypes dragging experiment indicates that this design method has good application value.

Abstract: The study on Arctic sea ice change and its influence to the global climate has become one of the most important scientific propositions. It is necessary to development the equipment with high reliability for monitoring Arctic sea ice change. In this paper, we design a low cost and long life ice buoy based on GPS and ARGOS PMT. The MCU of the system adopts low power consumption enhanced 8051 SCM (Single-Chip Microcomputer), which could collect the environmental parameters by all kinds of sensors, such as atmospheric pressure, temperature (air and sea ice), humidity, position of sea ice, and so on. Through optimizing circuit design and adopting intelligent power management method, the system could operate under very low power consumption. Meanwhile, we adopt the supercapacitor to supply the required large electric current of data transmission. By above methods, it efficiently prolongs the batteries life so as to ensure the long life of the ice buoy. Several prototypes of the ice buoy were deployed on the Arctic sea ice one and a half years ago, and some of them have still operated normally until now. The buoys operating status and the data validity indicate that it is an effective means to observe Arctic sea ice environment by deploying this kind of ice buoy.

Abstract: The remote monitoring system is widely applied. The pollutant stationary source is distributed widely, so the pollutant emission status of the stationary source is difficult to on-time monitoring by EPA. The pollutant emission status remote monitoring system based on WEB and CAN bus is brought out in the paper. The remote monitoring system includes pollutant emission data collection unit, data transmission unit and EPA management unit. Soot emission concentration measurement method of the remote monitoring system adopts the Transmission-Scattering method and gaseous pollutant emission concentration measurement method adopts NDIR. The pollutant emission concentration data is collected by data collection unit and sent to data transmission unit through CAN bus. The pollutant emission data is sent to EPA management unit through WEB. The experiment result indicates that the remote monitoring system can on-line monitoring the pollutant emission status of the stationary source and improves the communication efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: The energy saving is helpful to decrease industrial emission and environment pollution. An energy saving control based on intelligent technology is a new direction of automation. An intelligent control is composed of algorithm, software and hardware. SoC is one of the most advanced hardware. SoC may get some new progress for energy saving control. In this paper, energy saving, intelligent systems and some SoC controller are discussed. The SoC controller may be more efficient for industrial automation and energy saving.

Abstract: Toxic and harmful substances can pollute the air and object surface after chemical accidents. Toxic gas is omnipresent in the contaminated zone and poisonous liquid can penetrate into the depth of surface caused by pollution. This will last for a few hours, more than a few days, months or even longer, the ecological environment will be seriously polluted. So the efficient and fast decontamination is needed after chemical accident, decontamination work is an important part of chemical accident disposal work, which can prevent chemical accidents secondary disasters effectively.

Abstract: Groundwater pollutions visualization can be come true by interpolation with monitoring data, which is very helpful to know the situation of regional pollution. In this paper, the spatial database is constructed by GIS software, it is used to manage the monitoring data dynamically, adopting the component GIS, the monitoring data can be easily loaded into the developing environment, by the contour and contour line method, the contour line of groundwater pollutants can be acquired, which is very important to visualize the regional pollution situation.
