Abstract: Groundwater pollution shold be visulazed by spatial maps, in order to know how the spatial pollutant situation is, the visualization analysis is adopted to analyse the regional pollution with monitoring data. Map is a visual means of symbolic expression to map data, ArcObjects provides a number of symbolic objects to render thematic maps, and these component objects are consisted with three series of Color, Symbol and Renderer. On the development platform C#.NET, taking geographic information system components (COMGIS), the thematic map program is designed and implemented by C# language and Arc Objects component, which is run correctly, thematic maps can be loaded to display the legend, and the grade levels number can be calculated automatically and set by user freely.

Abstract: This paper presents a survey of the application and research progress of inorganic coagulants, high polymer coagulants and compound coagulants in treatment of dyeing wastewater. After introducing the coagulation mechanism, the review is organized with respect to the characteristic of water quality and the present industrial practice of dyeing wastewater. Since the compound coagulant is the mainstream practice, we concentrate on the current technologies on this subject and discuss its future trend.

Abstract: The cushion systems with low leakage performance are usually utilized in the municipal solid waste landfills to prevent the contaminants of the leachate from polluting the groundwater and soil beneath the landfill. Even there are the rigorous demands in related specifications in China and other countries all over the world for the design of the cushion system in the landfill. Pollution of the groundwater and the soil beneath the landfill still occurred in a large number of rubbish landfills because of the seepage. To investigate the seepage rate of the Cd2+ in the cushion systems, the minimum requirements for the design of the cushion systems are summarized according to the provisions of China and US. Comparative studies using 1-dimensional migration model are performed to investigate the seepage performance of the cushion systems consisting of geomembrance (GM) and compacted clay layer (CCL) sastifying the related minimum design demands. It could be concluded that the cushion system designed according to the minimum demands of China provide better anti-leakage performance, while that of US perform the lower. Finally, some advices for the releavent design standards are suggested according to the analyses.

Abstract: The pollutants in the municipal solid waste landfill leachate result in severe damage to the environment of the groundwater and the soil beneath the municipal solid waste landfill. The liner systems with a low leakage performance are commonlly adopted under the municipal solid waste landfills to stop the contaminants of the leachate from polluting the environment. Even there are the rigorous demands in related specifications for the design of the liner system in the landfill. Pollution of the groundwater and the soil beneath the landfill still occurred in a large number of rubbish landfills because of the seepage. To investigate the influence of the compact clay layer (CCL) on the seepage performance of the liner systems, parametric analyses are conducted to study the influence of the thickness of CCL and the hydraulic conductivity of CCL on the leakage performance of the liner system. In conclusion, some suggestions for the design of the municipal solid waste landfills are proposed based on the analyses results.

In this paper, we have a further research in the technology of applied-information about mass content of network data security processing model. This model is mainly composed of massive internet of data acquisition, data storage, based on the rules of mass data processing and data security management, etc. The model can be applied to all kinds of massive internet data monitoring system based on rules, such as: the lake water quality monitoring system based on Internet of things, PM2.5 monitoring system, and so on.

Abstract: Boosting algorithms are a means of building a strong ensemble classifier by aggregating a sequence of weak hypotheses. An ensemble consists of a set of independently trained classifiers whose predictions are combined when classifying novel instances. Previous research has shown that an ensemble as a whole is often more accurate than any of the single classifiers in the ensemble. In this paper we use applied technology to built an ensemble using a voting methodology of Boosting-BAN and Boosting-MultiTAN ensembles with 10 sub-classifiers in each one. We performed a comparison with Boosting-BAN and Boosting-MultiTAN ensembles with 25 sub-classifiers on standard benchmark datasets and the proposed technique was the most accurate. These results argue that boosting algorithms deserve more attention in machine learning and data mining communities.

Abstract: In the new ages of application of applied technology and teaching form in every universities, many different modes have been tried and some roles can be seen clearly during the course. Learning efficiency and interpretation efficiency can also be seen during this course,and the author has studied information-applied technology and electronic materials for autonomous leaning of autonomous learners. Applied information technology is very necessary in this course for the urgent need for its developments. At the same time, the proper application of electronic materials is also analyzed, the author finds out that electronic materials have their own special classification and special characteristics. It is the special characteristics that make the electronic materials play more important roles in interpretation.

Abstract: In order to solve such problems as the difficulty of traditional monitoring of gully erosion and the high cost of modern measurement, the computer vision method was applied in gully erosion measurement in this paper, a reference was used instead of camera calibration, which makes it easy to carry out in the outside gully erosion measurement. An example is given for an actual gully erosion measurement using this method, which shows that the method is practical, simple, and with low cost. A software was also developed for using the method more easy.

Abstract: The development of Applied-information Technology and Internet make the access of information resources more convenient and quicker, but the inaccessibility of web citations becomes a prominent problem. Researches about the web citations inaccessibility at home and abroad mostly focused on the phenomenon and principle of the accessibility, however, the solutions to the accessibility problem had not been studied so much, and the relevant application systems were even less. The construction of journal web citation accessibility system platform should emphasize solutions to the “variability” of the location and content of information resources. This platform may include the retrieval modules of current and archive issues so as to realize the maximum retrieval and present of web citations.

Abstract: Bluetooth is a wireless communication standard of a kind of low cost, short distance and low power consumption which provides a way of wireless connection for the multimedia classroom equipment. Based on the Bluetooth communication applied technology, a kind of multimedia teaching assistant system with some functions such as voice transmission, multimedia devices control and wireless U disk is designed. The applied technology has the advantages of small investment, stable and reliable communication and easy to use, and can be widely used in foreign language teaching, lectures and other occasions.
