Abstract: Reservoir geological model is actually used to characterize the reservoir structure and the spatial distribution of reservoir parameters and variations, thus, the prediction of reservoir parameters between wells is the core of geological modeling. In order to improve the accuracy of geological modeling, traditional cycle correlation and sequence stratigraphy method are combined to classfy the sub zones into single sand sections according to the sedimentary characteristics of Changling gas field. The study area has experienced many years of development. On one hand, researchers has a certain understanding of its underground geological characteristics. On the other hand, the well pattern is almost perfect, only the edge of study area needs a certain prediction. Therefore, deterministic and stochastic modeling methods are combined in microfacies modeling and a 3D regional microfacies model of Changling gas field is established finally.

Abstract: Inefficient reserves in fault block belongs to low permeability thin interbed, thus water flooding development process has exposed many contradictions which are serious heterogeneity, large difference of suction of interlayer. Entering the water injection development, the injected water which rapidly advance along the high permeability channel causes water channeling and water flooding, which intenses development contradictions between layers. The reservoir numerical simulation technology on computer can reappear the movement of water and gas in the underground reservoir development process and describes the underground remaining oil distribution of inefficient reserves in complex fault block, which summarizes the remaining oil distribution rule of the water flooding development for complex fault block of inefficient reserves and provides basis for the establishment of oil field development adjustment scheme.

Abstract: In this paper, a low cost, printable pressure sensor is presented. The pressure sensor will be used in personal navigation system which was designed based on micro jet fabrication structure. Inkjet printing and line patterning methods have been used to fabricate polymer resistors and field effect transistors on flexible substrates. A prototype sensor was designed, and the models of mechnical structure and ditital fabrication was also given, fabricated and tested with standard experimental measurements. Results verify that the pressure sensitivity can be measured for both requency and minimum power level difference in good perforamance. The dynamic performance of pressure sensor was also tested by inkjet printing on to flexible substrates including paper, with high resolution in just seconds.

Abstract: A class of fuzzy neural network design problem H controller. By TS fuzzy theory, a model of nonlinear complex systems. Then, based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and LMI technique, gives the design an H controller. By using the Matlab LMI toolbox, we can get the corresponding feasible solution of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical simulation examples are given to prove the correctness of the H controller.

Abstract: In order to observe the state of Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor(IGCT) in inverter circuit and analyze the reason of its breakdown, a single 2T-3R subcircuit model of IGCT is used in Personal Simulation Program with IC Emphasis(PSPICE) environment to simulate an IGCT inverter unit of a 6kV/2MVA frequency converter. Simulation results show that when the stray inductance in inverter circuit is large, high forward blocking peak voltage will cause the breakdown of IGCT. This problem is solved by installing an absorption capacitor.

Abstract: For problems of zero sequence current and negative sequence current of traction transformer in Electrified Railway, a novel balance transformer with asymmetrical windings was presented. By a systematic analysis method based on the magnetic force balance equations, winding connection equations, output-port equations and voltage transfer equations, the current relationships of the primary windings and secondary windings and the balance condition were deduced. Through the experimental model of balance transformer in simulation platform based on Matlab/Simulink, the electric characteristics of balance transformer and change law of zero sequence current and negative sequence current in different mode were researched. Through the simulation experiment, the theoretical analysis of correctness and feasibility are verified.

Abstract: the solid thin film lithium-ion battery integrated on chip was designed and analyzed based on solid lithium-ion battery structure, materials and microelectronics processing technology. The design model of the solid lithium-ion battery consists of Li negative electrode, Li3PO4 electrolyte and LiCoO2 positive electrode. The preparation process of the solid lithium-ion battery integrated on chip was researched, and the process consists of seven main steps. In addition, the characteristics of the design model of the solid lithium-ion battery were analyzed using COMSOL. The results show that the solid lithium-ion battery has small internal resistance and large discharge capacity. The discharge capacity of the solid lithium-ion battery under the discharge current of 25C reaches 75% of the discharge current of 1C.

Abstract: In this paper, the stability analysis of the unconditionally stable one-step leapfrog alternating direction implicit (ADI) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method for periodic structures is presented. The amplification matrix of the proposed leap-frog ADI-FDTD method is obtained through the spatial domain with Fourier method and eigenvalues of the Fourier amplification matrix are obtained analytically to prove the unconditional stability of the periodic leapfrog ADI-FDTD method. Numerical verification is proposed to confirm the theoretical result.

Abstract: The performance of antenna has the conclusive influence to the performance of mobile communication terminal; one excellent-performance antenna can improve the communication quality of communication device greatly. With the developing of broadband wireless communication technology, the fourth generation mobile communication technology has advanced day after day, and will turn into practical soon. This article aim at the demand of the fourth generation mobile communication technologys standard of TD-LTE, combined with the fractal technology, photonic crystal texture and top loading technique, designing a fractal photonic crystal top loading antenna which can work in 2.6GHz frequency band, and make simulate analysis to the performance of antenna and make the sample of antenna to test. The result from simulation and test shows this antenna has a low return loss and the work bandwidth is big, which is suitable for the fourth generation mobile communications TD-LTE system.

Abstract: Based on SCM STC89C52 and MAX038, a function signal generator for generating a frequency and amplitude can be programmed to adjust the sine wave, square wave and triangular wave signal. MAX038 function generator with a small amount of peripheral devices are responsible for generating waveforms, which then are input into the LM6361 wideband voltage amplifier and a power amplifier is output. Master STC89C52 is responsible for selecting and managing the waveform types, frequency adjustment, output amplitude adjustment, LCD, and keyboard work of each module operation.
