Abstract: It is a critical problem that schedules cloud resource in cloud environment. Based on the characteristics of cloud computing and analysis on cloud computing resource scheduling model framework, and the traditional resource scheduling of cloud computing is only concerned the maximum completion time of the task, without taking into account the energy consumption problem, this paper uses an improved particle swarm optimization, that is, when the optimal solution did not change for two generations, traversing through the chaotic particle method for local optimization to accelerate access to global optimal solution. Then, compared this algorithm with other scheduling algorithms by simulating, proved that better scheduling scheme can be achieved, as well as the effectiveness and practicality of the algorithm.

Abstract: According to characteristics of medium voltage distribution network, use raw data that are easily collected to study an accurate fast and simple line loss calculation method of the medium voltage distribution network, that is the radial basis function neural network algorithm. In order to improve the power system line loss rate accuracy, the paper puts forward using alternating gradient algorithm to improve the radial basis function (RBF) neural network. The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible.

Abstract: There is a one-to-one relationship between nonnegative matrix pairs and two-colored digraph, so the problem of matrices can be changed into that of graphics to be solved. With the knowledge of graph theory, by studying the associated directed digraph of a class of special nonnegative matrix pairs, that is a class of two-colored digraphs whose uncolored digraph have vertices and consists of one-cycle and one-cycle are considered. The exponent and characteristic of extreme two-colored digraphs are given.

The Research of Orthogonal Symmetric Matrix-Valued Wavelets Packets with Multiscale and Applications
Abstract: Material science is an interdisciplinary field applying the properties of matter to various areas of science and engineering. In this work, we introduce orthogonal matrix-valued wavelets with poly-scale, which are wavelets for vector fields, based on the notion of full rank subdivision operators. It is demonstrated that, like in the scalar and multiwavelet case, the existence of an orthogonal matrix-valued scaling function guarantees the existence of orthogonal matrix-valued wavelet functions. Secondly, we propose a construction algorim for compactly supported orthog onal two-directional matrix-valued wavelet packets. Lastly, A method for constructing a class of compactly supported orthogonal matrix-valued wavelets is presented by means of matrix theory.

Abstract: The proposed a new design idea in precision correction, namely triangular network correction (TIC), this method makes the image error correction is basically in a pixel or range after precision correction, algorithm of triangle network and the precision correction, using triangular network precision correction method and the conventional resampling precision correction in standard space control point position error correction were compared with that in some occasions, correction, triangular network precision correction method is more suitable for precision correction method conclusion.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a new intrusion detection method based on rough sets for network. The first step consists of feature selection which is based on rough set theory. The next phase is clustering by using Fuzzy C-Means. Rough set theory is an efficient tool for further reducing redundancy. Fuzzy C-Means allows objects which are belong to several clusters simultaneously, with different degrees of membership. To evaluate the performance of the introduced approaches, we applied them to the international Knowledge Discovery and Data mining intrusion detection dataset. Experimental results illustrate that our algorithm is accurate models for handling complex attack patterns in large network.

Abstract: An Video Watermarking is proposed to improve the robustness against collusion attacks. The Using this new algorithm, all video frames are first divided into several sets so that frames of each set carry the same watermarks. Then in each group of frames, watermark is estimated. it has been shown that the watermarking maker can use this algorithm to build sets of frames carrying the same watermark for avoiding collusion attacks.

Abstract: More and more university students is getting used to get information through SNS (Social Network Service) as the development of network technology, this make university library SNS play a positive and significant role in university students. Because of the speed and advantages of popularity of SNS, using SNS to make the students establish virtual learning community become the study object of many university libraries. The paper established the evolutionary game model of knowledge management of university library SNS, and analysed its dynamic evolutionary process. Moreover, key factors such as the income, cost, the status of the knowledge management and knowledge absorption which affects the effectiveness of knowledge management were discussed. Finally, the measures on the improvement of domestic university library SNS were put forward.
