Abstract: The Complex Multiplication (CM) method is a widely used technique for constructing elliptic curves over finite fields. The key point in this method is parameter generation of the elliptic curve and root compution of a special type of class polynomials. However, there are several class polynomials which can be used in the CM method, having much smaller coefficients, and fulfilling the prerequisite that their roots can be easily transformed to the roots of the corresponding Hilbert polynomials.In this paper, we provide a method which can construct elliptic curves by Ramanujan's class invariants. We described the algorithm for the construction of elliptic curves (ECs) over imaginary quadratic field and given the transformation from their roots to the roots of the corresponding Hilbert polynomials. We compared the efficiency in the use of this method and other methods.

Abstract: With the development of highway construction and technology, various highways could be integrated via the Internet. According to the relevant highway map, we could notice the serious loop network problem. To provide useful information for the highway companies, we need to identify the path of vehicles on the highway network by using the sharing information of highways. This research analyzes some polysomic identification of path about several main expressways; furthermore, it provides a new path-identification method that is the time scheduling match based on the dynamic weights. The new path-identification method includes the later polysomic analysis and statistical analysis on the flow of vehicles, which is able to offer the highway companies sound information. Moreover, the research also establish the smart analysis system about path based on the sharing information of highways, then using data to test the efficiency of the analysis system.

Abstract: In order to implement information management precisely during the whole life cycle of drawings, a method of insertion barcodes in DWG files based on ActiveX Automation technology is proposed. The AcadDocument, AcadPolyline and AcadGroups objects of AutoCAD ActiveX Automation are used in the method to realize insertion of barcodes in DWG files interactively or automatically, and drawing versions are marked by the newest date of insertion of barcodes, then the DWG files are automatically converted to DWF files for browsing, checking and reviewing on Internet/Intranet. The proposed method has been applied to the developed document management system, operation results of the system show that the method is stable and effective.

Abstract: Late Launch, which is a kind of dynamic measurement technology proposed by both Intel and AMD, offers isolated execution environment for codes needed to be protected. However, since the specifications and documents of Late Launch have hundreds of pages, they are too long and complicated to be fully covered and analyzed. A model based on Horn clauses is presented to solve the problem that there is a lack of realistic models and of automated tools for the verification of security protocols based on Late Launch. A running example is taken to show the execution details of Late Launch. Based on the example, secrecy properties of Late Launch are verified. Whats more, the automatic theorem proving tool ProVerif is used to make the verification more fast and accurate.

Abstract: In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of Web search, the method of retrieval system quality assessment based on Web-related degree is proposed in this paper. The specific research process is as follows. Firstly, analyzing category for query and building a set of queries, then, studying the retrieval quality differences of different search engines through assessment experiment, finally, analyzing the factors which impact Web retrieval system quality assessment through four sides separately. The study result shows that using quality assessment method for retrieval system based on Web-related degree can better improve the accuracy of the corresponding assessment indicators and distinguish ability, accuracy ratio is over 90%, which can verify the validity of this method.

Abstract: Education development is the product of endogenous socio-economic; studying on regional differences of education level plays an important role in social and economic development. This paper constructs regional education development index system based on two aspects of basic educational facilities and educational scale, applies robust principal component analysis method to explore education development level differences of China's 31 provinces, and with the traditional principal component analysis for comparison. Research shows that, results obtained by robust principal component analysis is more in line with China's actual situation; the overall level of education is not high and the difference between regions is large; China's basic education is positively correlated with regional economy, while inversely correlated with regional population.

Abstract: With the deficiencies of the traditional conference organization and management way in information collection, distribution, storage and sharing, we introduce the concept of software as a service (SaaS), analyze SaaS maturity model, propose a conference service platform based on the fourth maturity of SaaS, namely scalable multi-instance configurable level, research and design a multi-tenant, multi-service SaaS system architecture. Meanwhile, with the research and feasibility analysis of the conference service on the business affairs, processes and characteristics, we propose system design objective of quaternity and the general function mode, and discuss the system design, implementation and characteristics. The platform design can meet the general operation process of the conference to achieve one-stop service of conference organization management and to enhance the user experience. Application results demonstrate the effectiveness of the platform.

Abstract: SOA-based travel management system combines Web Service can communicate and advantages of reusable code and data, such as through cross-platform and cross-network, allows users to easily view or query tourist information, hotel information line and through the system, as well as lines and hotel online booking, fully tease out the business needs of the tourism industry, and based on this technology was designed based on SOA architecture, information management system for a specific application of the foundation.

Abstract: In order to reform the shortcomings of common database with a slower access speed and lower security level, this paper applied sector operating directly instead of general file access, and used the distributed computing and clustering techniques to form an information server cluster as the special database system. Firstly, the layout and sector segmentation methods were provided for data access in sector based database. And then some management methods were given to control information servers in the cluster. Finally, to more efficiently schedule the tasks for storing data and querying information, a dynamic and self-adaptive scheduling algorithm was introduced into the application server of cluster. The practice shows that the system developed by this design strategy has good efficiency and security, and the access speed of the special database system is almost 25 times than that of common database.

Abstract: With the enlargement of the scope of cloud computing application, the number of users and types also increases accordingly, the special demand for cloud computing resources has also improved. Cloud computing task scheduling and resource allocation are key technologies, mainly responsible for assigning user jobs to the appropriate resources to perform. But the existing scheduling algorithm is not fully consider the user demand for resources is different, and not well provided for different users to meet the requirements of its resources. As the demand for quality of service based on cloud computing and cloud computing original scheduling algorithm, the computing power scheduling algorithm is proposed based on the QoS constraints to research the cloud computing task scheduling and resource allocation problems, improving the overall efficiency of cloud computing system.
