Abstract: A novel diatomite latex paint for interior wall was prepared succesfully. The as-prepared diatomite latex paint for interior wall meets the technical indicators of top quality goods in requirements of top-coat for interior wall (GB/T 9756-2009). The rational proportion of pigments and fillers is one of the key factors to decide the storage stability of latex paint system. The determination of binder ratio should also consider the effect of the emulsion on the microstructure of diatomite surface in the coating. The as-prepared diatomite latex paint for interior wall has versatilities of sound-absorbing, air purification and humidity control. It has a broad prospect of application and development in the fields of the environmentally friendly indoor decoration materials.

Abstract: Shape memory alloy has received widespread attention in seismic areas now, this paper introduce it develop in the field of earthquake in the past 5 years at home, mainly introduce the research in domestic of passive and active control, roughly summarized it in concrete girder bridge design and test, discussing the constitutive relations of SMA ,finally put forward the problems existing and development prospects .It indicate the direction of practical application in the future.

Abstract: Silt sintered insulating brick with high strength, good thermal insulation and sound insulation characteristics. It occupies an important position in the new building materials industry. The main equipment for production of silt sintered insulating brick is the vacuum brick extruding machine, the forming mold is the most critical part in it. The performance largely determines the quality of the brick. The structural design and other aspects of the forming mold are analyzed, and then systematically summarize the design and production requirements of the forming mold. The research status of the forming mold on vacuum brick extruding machine at domestic and abroad is reviewed. The main problems of forming mold are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are given, as well as the future developments of forming mold.

Abstract: The mud-containing and fine-grained tailings of limestone and dolomite, as raw material with poly chem soil binder (PCSB), can be used to produce load bearing bricks by means of preparation, measurement, mixing grind, molding, curing and other processes. The molding process parameters were obtained through the soil test of tailings. The curing strength was proved to be greater than C10-15 from the judging test. PCSB was optimized according to the curing and economic cost. The factors such as dosage form, tailings samples, density and water content were discussed in the orthogonal test. The mix of PCSB: tailings: process water =1:9:0.95 in quality was verified in the product test.

Abstract: A POM - based organice - inorganic hybrid compound with the chemical formula of[Cu (phen)2]3[W6O19] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized andstructurally characterized by the elemental analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a =18.319(4) Å, b = 17.311(4) Å, c = 22.248(4) Å, β = 112.40(3) o, V = 6523(2) Å3, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0448, and wR2 =0.1218. Compound 1 consists of the [W6O19]3- building blocks and [Cu (phen)2]+ metal organic cationic moieties, which are packed together via the extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. The adsorption of methylene blue (MB) under UV irradiation with 1 as the heterogeneous adsorbent has been investigated, showing a good adsorptive property of 1 for MB degradation.

Abstract: In this paper, the mechanism that lithium-modified rectorite (Rec-Li) and raw rectorite adsorbed methylene blue dye in wastewater was investigated, and the adsorption properties of the two adsorbents were also compared. The results showed that the static saturated adsorption capacity of raw rectorite was 77.75mg/g, however, the capacity of lithium-modified rectorite was up to 189.62mg/g, the adsorption efficiency was increased by 144%. Therefore, the adsorption capacity of Rec-Li to methylene blue was much higher than raw rectorite. The Rec-Li and raw rectorite were characterized respectively by means of fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and colloid index measurement. The analysis indicated that, after modification by lithium, the colloid index was changed from 12mL/3g to 198mL/3g and the interlayer spacing was changed from 0.01~0.1μm to 1~1.5μm. With the increasing of the colloid index, the dispersion effect of adsorbent in wastewater and the contact area between adsorbent and pollutants were improved. And the increase of interlayer spacing was conducive to pollutants entering the hole and so that the adsorption capacity of Rec-Li was increased significantly.

Abstract: Abtrast: This research aimed to explore the antioxidant activity of microalgae oil through in vitro experiment and investigate the constituents of microalgae oil. The antioxidant activity was determined using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical scavenging assay,2,2-Azinobis (3-ehtylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfnicAcid)(ABTS)radical scavenging assay, the reducing power,β-Carotene bleaching assay and Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity(ORAC)assay. BHT、α-tocopherol or Vc were compared as the reference. It can be confirmed that microalgae oil has moderate antioxidant ability. According to GC-MS analysis, the most abundant compounds in microalgae oil were palmitic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and tetradecanoic,constituting 38.1%, 34.24% and 3.39%, respectively.

Abstract: Wet electrostatic precipitators (wet ESPs) are good options for effective control of PM2.5 emission. However, the common problems of uniform water film formed on rigid collector limited the applicability of typical wet ESPs, thus could be tend to cause "spark-over" and "back-corona". This research was designed to test the performance of the polypropylene fibrous as collection electrodes for PM2.5 control in wet ESP. Meanwhile, drop spreading feature and volume resistivity measurements of polypropylene fibrous collector were investigated. The results show that drop spreading existed in imbibitions experiments between hydrophobic fabrics contacted with water. The difference of spreading characteristics was accordance to the physical woven properties of fabrics. The relationship between the volume resistivity of polypropylene fibrous and the water addition rate has been investigated. The secondary current by polypropylene collection electrode was 5~20 percent higher than that by FRP. The average number collection efficiencies by polypropylene collector amounted to 89.21% for PM2.5 when the gas residence time was 1.33s at 60kV. The relationship between water addition rate and average number collection efficiency was not more regular than other factors such as gas treatment time or applied voltage.

Abstract: Pasting steel plate and CFRP are two methods which are usually applied to bridge reinforcement engineering. In order to make a comprehensive evaluation of the effects of the two strengthening methods, two groups of reinforcement testing that simple supported RC beams were preloaded to cracking under the same conditions are conducted, and then reinforced by bonding steel plate or CFRP on the tensile side and increasing section area on the pressure side, to study the strengthening effects of the two methods. Then according to the technical characteristics and contrast test research results, by using the basic ideas of analytic hierarchy process, establishing two levels comprehensive appraisal index system, to evaluate the strengthening effect of the two strengthening methods, the evaluation results show that the performance of pasting steel plate comprehensive is better.

Abstract: The present study evaluate the stress field during the cracking caused by applying pressure loading to this ends of material. Our problem formulated by using the brittle material (concrete, ceramic, glass,...) having; elasticity modulus E and Poissons ratio (υ).The fundamental idea of this work rests on the determination of the influence of the dislocation presented near of the main crack on this cracking. This problem can be treated by finite element method while using Software (ABAQUS). One uses a square plate from element fissured at his end (semi-infinite) and a dislocation in the vicinity of the main crack, with various distances between the two cracks (main crack-dislocation), for each distance we have stresses can be found at the end of the main crack. After the determination of these latter, we deduced that the presence of dislocation influences largely on the propagation of cracking by amplification or reduction of this propagation.
