Abstract:

As a scientific basis and information foundation, information uses modern technologies and methods providing human resources, investigation and survey, planning, information and other work to the society, the government and all kinds of organizations. As it were, university libraries have the advantages of unique information resources, high-quality consultation and so on, and in the 21st century, the universalness, virtualization and digitization of information network are the inevitable trend of the information development of university libraries. This paper mainly analyzes the information development strategy of university libraries under the background of the new era.
