Abstract: Coking wastewater treatment has a complex composition and the properties of high content of refractory organics and poor biodegradability. Coking wastewater treatment based on oxidation technique has drawn a lot of attention because of its advantages. Various common oxidation methods are reviewed in this research, such as wet air oxidation, chemical oxidation, ozonation and electrochemical oxidation. The development prospect of coking wastewater treatment based on oxidation methods is analyzed.

Abstract: The source of phenolic wastewater is of wide distribution and strong environmental damage capability. However, it is still difficult to handle such wastewater. Phenolic wastewater pollution control has been highlighted as one of the most hazardous wastewater. Adsorption materials for of phenolic wastewater treatment have been reviewed, including adsorption resin, activated carbon, biological adsorption materials, adsorption materials and new materials. Finally, adsorption agent and technology development for the prospects of phenolic wastewater treatment are recommended.

Abstract: In this research, a wireless remote environmental monitoring system is presented, which is designed for government to monitor the parameters of environment in factories. The system could collect data related to environment and transfer them by GPRS or Ethernet if condition is allowed. This paper elaborates the system by the order of “analyze-design-realize”. The embedded system is introduced. After some discussion, we chose ARMS based S3C2410 as microprocessor, Linux as the operation system. Then overall design solution and framework of the system is proposed. Finally, this paper gives the test experiment in the factories. The experiment results demonstrate the feasibility and stability of the system.

Abstract: Canal Heritage is an open complex giant system. Grand Canal protection project reflects our cultural heritage protection is "extended to dynamic, giant technology, linear technology and life functions, such as the direction of the trend." In this paper, as an entry point to the cultural heritage of the canal, the canal inscription focuses on a certain city community development and ecological protection combined to enhance urban livability, concepts and methods to achieve sustainable urban development. This paper defined that the culture heritage of the canal is an important opportunity to build an ecological city in the community, and then discusses the development of eco-city location, the relationship between urban spatial development strategy and coordinated development of the county cultural and heritage canals and canal protection development and implementation of water from the environment comprehensive renovation, remodel the natural environment, and create a living environment system, promote the development of cultural tourism, highlight various aspects of regional development prioritie.

Abstract: In this work, thioether adsorbents of high desulfurization rate were prepared, which has important theoretical and practical meaning. JS-4 was selected as active component for the desulfurization adsorbents, and ZT-5 was served as the best carrier in experiment. Moreover, the optimum preparation conditions were investigated.

Abstract: Along with the development of the petroleum industry, the harm of high salinity oilfield wastewater to the environment becoming increasingly exposed. By the discussed the suitability of reinjection and feasibility of discharge, we point out the risks of environment caused by the high salinity oilfield operation wastewater. In order to achieve the purposes of cleaner production purposes and avoid the potential harm to the eco-system, we must reduce the use of mineral clay stabilizer or find the substitutes.

Abstract: According to the data on the geology, geochemistry, experimental analysis and production test of Liaohe Depression, the reservoir forming conditions of shale gas and oil were analyzed in this study. It is found that the Paleogene shale in the sedimentary basin has an extensive distribution, large thickness, high organic carbon content and wide variation scope of maturity of organic matter. It provides the material conditions for the formation of shale gas and oil. The shales have developed micropores and fractures, which provide favorable reservoir space for the free hydrocarbons. Due to the strong adsorption ability of shale, the gas logging abnormal of total hydrocarbons is usually present in the shale. A huge reserve of shale gas and oil resources is indicated. The shale reservoir usually has a high content of brittle minerals, so the fracturing technique can be applied for development. Therefore, the Paleogene strata in Liaohe Depression contain abundant shale gas and oil and the associated tight gas and oil resources. The shale gas and oil in the hydrocarbon generation sag and the surrounding shales and the interbed are the new deposits under the deep exploitation of Liaohe Depression. The shale gas and oil in the West Sag has the highest potential.

Abstract: The coal accumulation effect occurred at KuBai Coalfield in the early~middle Jurassic, including three major coal-bearing strata: Tarja Chick and Yangxia Group of Early Jurassic, and Kezilenuer group of Middle Jurassic. This article makes the contrast segment of 20 tie-well sequence strata by dividing the sequence strata and analyzing the depositional environment analysis of 85 drilling wells at Jurassic strata of KuBai Basin. By overall analyzing the materials of drilling, logging, outcropping, core and paleontology, it establishes the contrast framework of isochronal sequence strata with the unit of tertiary sequence at Jurassic strata of KuBai Basin. It also studies the sequence strata and Lithofacies of each sequence, and analyzes the coal accumulation law at Jurassic strata of KuBai Coalfield.

Abstract: A lead-resistant strains was isolated from activated sludge of the sewage treatment plant in Chenggong County, Kunming, which was identified as Klebsiella by 16 SrDNA. The wet microbial cells were used as adsorbent, we studied adsorption properties for water Pb (II) ions in water of sorbent. The results showed that when the adsorbent treated the waste water with Pb (II) ions, the pH was 5, the time was 60min, the temperature was 30°C, the equilibrium adsorption amount was 73.45mg/g; Adsorbent’s adsorption of Pb (II) ions can better fit Langmuir isotherm model. The FT-IR result presented that the main component of adsorbent was polysaccharide, the physical adsorption and chemisorption occurred between the adsorbent and the Pb (II) ions in the solution, adsorption mainly involved with hydroxyl functional groups, the amide group and the carboxyl group, etc.

Abstract: The emission trading market has been established in Shaanxi province for more than three years, but the free flow of the emission permits is still not available because of the market is dominated by the government. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures about developing the emission trading market according to the former research achievements, and devotes to prove the benefits of the emission market for the water pollution treatment. It also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the market-oriented behaviors, combining with the social circumstance in Shaanxi province.
