Abstract: Internet-based collaborative learning is a great aid to the language learning and has been a primary form of Web-supported instruction, but because of the complex online learning environment, it is not easy for the teachers to design and organize a highly effective Internet-based collaborative learning model. The empirical study in this paper aims to explore the effective and efficient process of carrying out the Internet-based collaborative learning. It is suggested that the whole process be divided into four phases and the four phases of the process be regularly evaluated to help the teachers to find the problems and accordingly perfected to help the students to achieve satisfying learning effects.

Abstract: With College English teaching reform unceasingly moving forward, the network language learning mode requires that students should have stronger autonomous learning ability. The use of learning strategies tends to determine the effects of the autonomous language learning in the network autonomous learning environment. The empirical study in this paper aims to explore the effective and efficient use of learning strategies in the network autonomous learning environment through a questionnaire. The results of the survey show that students’ ineffective use of learning strategies has undermined the effect of their network mode of learning. It is suggested that teachers should consciously strengthen teaching and training students how to use learning strategies in the network autonomous learning environment.

Abstract: In order to improve the credibility of vocational teaching evaluation, the paper summarizes the traditional SEEQ evaluation model, and analyzes some existing deficiencies. Combined with the demand of current teaching evaluation, a kind of improved teaching evaluation model-VSEEQ is proposed. The model increases two new evaluation dimensions. Through the research sampling, the data is conducted the KMO and Bartlett analysis. The experiment can show that VSEEQ evaluation result can accurately reflect the practical issue existed in the teaching, thus greatly improving the credibility of teaching assessment.

Abstract: Advances in computer network technology to I mprove the promotion of the modern distance education development. Network Learning has been the quality of learners and practitioners from educational theory and research issues of concern. This article focuses on five psychological factors that affecting college students in network learning: metacognitive knowledge network, network positioning sense of self-efficacy, system knowledge and previous knowledge of the subject.

Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, more and more fields have used the technology to promote the development of the industry, which included educational field. At the present stage, many colleges all introduce information technology into the education. In recent years, there are much application of information technology in physical education. The technology in teaching makes the class content more abundant. In the meanwhile, it relieves teachers’ workload to a large extent, and improves students’ studying enthusiasm. Abstract: To solve the construction of the course that gives a lecture about economic law in the internet. The building of courses in the internet should be based on constructivist learning theory, so as to give full play to students' academic advantages, setting as its target the cultivation of talents with applied and compound capacities, observing the principle of systemizing and modularizing the content and taking knowledge learning as its means and method awareness as its objective. Abstract: With the rapid development of computer network technology and digital technology, distance education has been entered the stage of digital, intelligent and personalized. The new network technology provided more channel to delivering the newest teaching information and knowledge. In this paper ,the long-distance education system is based on the Microsoft's Windows Media technology solutions and main on the application of ASP technology and SQL Server technology to achieve the dynamic web management, courseware online player and the ID management etc. This paper also focus on the technology of making the streaming media courseware and synchronization. As a result, we can use the Windows Media Encoder to record the teaching scene, capture the screen, audio and video, and achieve the self-made courseware can synchronization with the PowerPoint document.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer and the mobile communication technology, mobile learning arises at the historic moment, which makes people gain learning environment and resources anytime and anywhere. As English has the characters of weak systematic and trivial knowledge, the paper makes a research of the development of resources to provide learners Flake Learning. Firstly, people make a research of Informal Learning Theory, Situated Cognition and Learning Theory and then discusses their guidance for mobile learning; Secondly, in order to realize Situated Learning, the platform designs modularly learning resources and combine subject type with media formats, based on the characteristics of M-learning; Thirdly, this paper discusses the problem about interaction and question-answering and import the intelligent Q&A system to our design.
