Abstract: When straw pulp papermaking wastewater was treated by the process of coagu-flocculation and nuclear-flocculation, there were still high CODCr. UV254 can reflect organic pollutants and organic pollutants of unsaturated aromatic ring, carbon-carbon double bond. With the decrease of molecular weight of organic pollutants, absorption of ultraviolet light will decrease. Indirectly, it reflectd that the combination process had a good removal effect on high molecular aromatic hydrocarbons difficult to be biodegraded. Meanwhile it can improve the the biodegradability. It used the activated sludge process as subsequent process of coagulation and-flocculation process. The test results showed that the removal rate of CODCr was 24.1%, CODCr was the 88.1mg/L. It reached effluent standard.

Abstract: The amounts of carbon emissions from energy consumption of industry in Qinhuangdao from year 2005 to 2010 are calculated with the methodology recommended by intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) .The main driving factors of carbon emission and carbon emission intensity include low industrial benefits, large proportion of heavy industry and energy structure dominated by coal. Some suggestions are raised such as, transform and promote the traditional leading industry, enhance the equipment manufacturing industry, speed up the industrial park construction, perfect industrial chain, and adjust energy structure.

Abstract: Carbon emissions from energy consumption of commerce in Qinhuangdao are calculated from year 2001 to 2010, which show a growing tendency from total amounts and intensity. The limited factors of low-carbonization of commerce in Qinhuangdao are analyzed and the corresponding advices of low-carbonization of commerce are raised. Commercial enterprise enterprise should actively take internal governance, control the carbon emission of commercial buildings and properly select suppliers. The government should play a leading role and provide a good external environment for low carbon commercial development, which includes reasonably planning business industrial and commercial network layout, guide the use and development of the low-carbon techniques in commercial field, establishing special funds of low carbon business development to support the medium and small business enterprises, and strengthening the guide of low-carbon consumption.

Abstract: In this paper, we established a simulated mini solar pond, and carried out a series of experiments to maintain the salt gradient solar pond. Meanwhile, the salinity variation of the lower convective zone (LCZ) of solar pond was investigated. Research results showed that by means of injecting saturated brine into the bottom of solar pond periodically, the salt gradients of solar pond could maintain relatively stable during a long time.

Abstract: Aiming at the effect of heavy metal ion on activated sludge microorganism, this paper has concluded predecessor literatures, and analyzed mechanism of action of metal ion to activated sludge microorganism and the effect to microbial growth kinetics. And it has concluded heavy metal ion effluent COD value, SV, SVI and effect of microbial community structure about activated sludge system. And then it has summarized heavy metal ion joint action on activated sludge microorganism, and some effect like pH element to heavy metal toxic actions.

Abstract: Fly ash and sludge are all solid waste. With fly ash as an additive, sludge is composted in aerobic condition, which can achieve agricultural requirements. After testing, we find that the activity of fly ash can be promoted and stimulated by adding different proportions of activator under alkaline conditions, which has a low activity under conventional conditions. Adding slow-releasing additive, fertility of sludge may keep longer, which has a certain reference value to agricultural fertilizer production.

Abstract: As reflection of property rights in the field of water resources, water rights is the right to use water resources in a certain period of time based on water quantity and water quality. Aimed at solving the issue of basin initial water right allocation in China, on the basis of the pre-research of index system of basin initial water rights allocation system, as well as the complexity and differences of the allocation system, the index system of basin initial water rights allocation system in this paper is comprehensively designed, and the index framework divided into three layers of target, criteria and index angles is established.

Abstract: With the development of science and technology as well as the transformation of the social culture, the packaging forms turn to be more and more diversified, the packaging materials become more and more abundant, and the packaging processes are more and more improved. However, along with it, some problems brought by product packaging come out gradually and play a critical role which cannot be neglected on the products, consumers, natural environment and so on. To have a correct understanding of the relationship between packaging and environment is conducive to guiding people to pay high attention to the environmental protection when developing packages, insist on the principle to synchronize packaging development and ecological environment protection, and reduce the pollution of packaging to environment to the lowest degree. Abstract: The traditional economic growth rapid growth of the gross national product, but also the natural resources are depleted, increasing environmental pollution, and the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality has caused a lot of controversy. Intuitive description of both the timing of changes in the law, in turn based on in-depth analysis of the dynamic pollution and income associated VAR model, found that there are long-run equilibrium and unilateral Granger causality, and then using the impulse response function analysis and analysis of variance, found that economic growth greater impact on the quality of the environment and the current quality of the environment is very small role in boosting economic growth, and this effect lag effect. Panel Data model to further explore the factors that affect the model, this paper found that the population density, the proportion of secondary industry and environmental governance investment on the quality of the environment has a significant impact, the majority of the pollution indicators are in line with the EKC inverted U-curve hypothesis, and a turning point in the inverted U-curve is also to make the calculation.
