Abstract: 118 Q-s curves of piles cast-in-situ with expanded branches and plates bearing pressure load were fitted via trendline of Excel. Bearing capacities on 51 of the 118 piles were forecasted. 12 Q-s curves of anti-pulls piles cast-in-situ with expanded branches and plates were fitted. Through the above work, the author found that order 3 polynomial fitting model is the most reliable model for fitting Q-s curves of piles with expanded branches and plates when bearing pressure or uplift load. In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the fitting and forecasting, multi-model should be used.

Abstract: The introduction of driving motors brings in the function of regenerative braking for Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV). In order to study the further information of regenerative braking, the relation between the degree of mixing in HEV and the recovery rate of regenerative braking was analyzed. The study object was the front-wheel driving HEV with the wire-control composite regenerative braking control strategy. Conclusions were deduced through the theoretical derivation. The braking model was established on the platform in MATLAB/SIMULINK and it was simulated within a HEV. The results indicate that the recovery rate would increase if the degree of mixing rises.

Abstract: Some motor assembly enterprises manage production site according to experience, which causing process was not scientific and lower efficiency. Through researching for a motor assembly production field, analyzed and improved the process and site layout using industrial engineering method such as 5W1H and ECRS etc., optimized layout of store, reduced processing and transportation 2 times each, canceled unnecessary wait, saved transportation distance 20.6m, reduced production cycle 8.1 min, at the same time, the site operators was decreased through the reasonable allocation, greatly increased the production efficiency, make the management more scientific and reasonable.

Abstract: By using the optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzers and spectrum analyzers, cracking of automotive stamping parts were researched and analyzed. The results showed that the fracture morphology of grainy layered fracture was caused by a long strip of sulfide inclusions.

Abstract: 3D solid model of the excavator arm was established by using UG, and then imported into ANSYS Workbench through the interface of UG and ANSYS Workbench. ANSYS Workbench software was used to carry out static simulation and analysis,and got the stress contours and displacement contours of the moving arm. From the simulation results we can obtain that the stress of excavator moving arm was biggest,which offered theoretical references for the design and for further improvement of the excavator arm .

Abstract: The finite difference method model of temperature field and thermal crown of work roll on hot strip mill was researched. The temperature field and thermal crown were calculated, surface temperature distribution and thermal deformation were both reduced from center to edge. The computed and measured roll surface temperature were comparatively in good agreement with each other, practical application results show that the model has high calculating speed, high precision and can meet the needs of the strip shape on-line process control.

Abstract: Put forward a kind of integrated control method of sheet metal forming quality aiming at optimization problems of numerical simulation technologies on car-door forming. Build response objective functions with the use of forming limit drawing and acquire corresponding data through Latin hypercube design, so as to build response surface model of response objectives and design parameters. Control space variation of design parameters with the use of trust region method with convergence and gain the optimal portfolio for the height of drawbeads through iterative computations. Compared with traditional optimization methods of drawbeads based on gradient method, this method has such features: few test numbers and high optimization precision. In order to verify validity of this optimization method, combinatorial optimization results for drawbeads height of a certain car side-door inner plate is given.
