Abstract: Using the characteristics of prediction model, rolling optimization and feedback correction, a AWC system based on explicit indirect predictive control was designed, and its control performance was simulated based on a hot strip continuous mill. The results show that explicit indirect predictive control achieves better control effects than the normal PID on response time and steady precision with matching model; when model mismatching is caused by inaccuracy of plastic coefficient and pure delay time, the normal PID is overshot or even oscillation, but the control performance of the explicit indirect predictive control is not influenced by model parameter variations [1].

Abstract: Heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs) are playing an important role in microwave and power applications. When HBTs operated at high power, the power dissipation and self-heating effects will enable the generation of electrical properties in the transistor failure. The failure experiment system of microwave power HBTs was established. Based on this system, the changes of electrical parameters of HBTs in deferent stress, such as Gummel plots, base current various different base-emitter voltage and base-collector voltage, were measured and analyzed. At the same time, the failure of base current of SiGe HBTs under the condition of FC, SC and thermal stress are studied respectively. It was found that ΔIB is the sensitive parameter of electrical and thermal stress. Based on this reason, we presented the failure model of IB. This model could explain the experiment phenomenon successfully, which is very important and useful for applications of microwave power analog IC’s.

Abstract: This paper proposes the research significance of mine rescue robot which can assist rescuers to enter into the disaster site, and can use its own merits to explore the environments and to reach the location of the trapped workers quickly. It reduces the danger of accidents, and improves aid efficiency. This paper summarizes the status of mine rescue robot, and compares with commonly used external sensors. Ultrasonic ranging sensors are selected as part of the ranging system. In addition, navigation research for mine robot is the key in this paper. According to the features of robots working environments which is unknown and uncertain, fuzzy logic control, a simple robustness navigation controlling algorithm with fault toleration, is selected to achieve navigation mission. The experimental results show that it achieves the desired effect.

Abstract: With the direction of large-scale, heavy machinery field, hydraulic system performance requirements also more and more high; This article is based on the mechanical and electrical integration of liquid hydraulic system test platform as the background, by the variable pump control motor speed control system as the research object, and describes the control principle of the system, established the mathematical model of the system, on the simulation software AMESim corresponding dynamic simulation model is set up, by changing the input variable pump rotation speed and system load test, and the output of the motor speed response has carried on the simulation, the simulation result in accordance with the expected on the trend of basic, therefore, the pump control motor speed control system between speed and power as a power source and load transfer mechanism is feasible.

Abstract: Theoretical and finite element models of maglev actuator are both established. Magnetic conductive rubber is added into the actuator to improve its performance. Numerical simulations and experiments show that adding conductive rubber increases the output force-power ratio while reduces the dynamic response slightly.

Abstract: When quadrotor helicopter was in the process of attitude control, it would often have the serious problem of external interference. So disturbance observer was designed to realize real-time estimation of disturbing moment. In this case, adaptive regime is introduced to the law of integrator back-Stepping control. And experiments were made to verify the algorithm. The experiments show that the algorithm could cope with a certain range of external disturbance, and made significant improve in its accuracy and robustness.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the sectional straw gasifier and the basis of test results, according to the experiment results and advanced analysis method the test results of regression model was established. According to the regression model, double factors significant characteristics of gas heat was analyzed, the double of significant factors on the influence of gas heat was researched. The results show that the gas and material moisture content, gas and water vapor content of interaction effect is remarkable. Analysis on the double factors influencing gas heat for the improvement of sectional straw gasifier and finalize the design provided the necessary reference basis.
