Abstract: The ship maneuverability model and visual simulation methods of Unmanned Semi-submersible Vehicle (USV) were discussed. Firstly, the five-DOF mathematical model for USV was established. Secondly, the visual marine environment was also established by the way of using VEGA software and CREATOR model software. Thirdly, the system architecture for the USV visual simulation was designed under the framework of MFC. Finally, the maneuver simulation tests on the sea surface and under the sea were done for the USV. The maneuvering simulation results were vivid, and it showed that the mathematic model has capable of response the maneuverability of the USV on the sea surface and under the sea. The method presented here has some practical usage. And the simulation system can be a visual debugging platform for those who designing the USV control system.

Abstract: A method of parameter matching for extended-range electric vehicle (E-REV) was discussed to meet the requirements given, then using a model and genetic algorithm to optimize the transmission ratio of E-REV. The parameters of the battery and range extender (RE) are designed by driving range and power requirement. The simulation results shows that the parameter matching is reasonable, and the power performance and driving range could meet the design requirements.

Abstract: In order to improve developing efficiency, a general-purpose electromechanical controller is designed based on MSP430F5438A.The paper analyzes the key technologies applied to improve the versatility and reliability. Before entering MCU’s A/D and counter module, external analog inputs of resistance, voltage, current and pulse from different sensors are processed by corresponding circuits. And digital input and output is isolated from the microcontroller by the photoelectric coupler. After appropriate operations, the controller can drive power equipments through the multi-channel precision current source composed of 12-bit D/A converter DAC7578 and V/I converter XTR115, and communicate with other equipments via RS485 bus. Furthermore, anti-interference methods by using watchdog, soft trap and reasonable wiring are studied in the paper. Tests show that the system is characterized with strong practicality and generality.

Abstract: Abstract. This article introduces the electro-hydraulic position servo control system, establishes its mathematical model and simulates with Simulink, then add PID module, use the empirical method to tune proportional, integral and differential parameters, it is found that adjustment is tedious, and performance improvement is limited. Then use the SDO tools for automatic optimization of PID control parameters, obtained a better simulation results. This tuning method is simple, easy to use, and with good results.

Abstract: The technology of real-time data access and the data management of real-time data technology in generated controlling system base on OPC rules is analyzed in this study. Aiming at the plant of certain generated controlling system, a set of software is developed based on OPC technology, which includes OPC client program, data acquisition program, data preprocessing program, advanced control program based on soft-sensing technology, real-time fault diagnosis expert system. The software has laid the good foundation for making full use of the greatly integrated control function of DCS. The result shows that the OPC rules can get well used in the generated controlling system.

Abstract: The idea of Automatic Reverse Engineering was brought forward, which reduced the requirements of modeling experience, constructed surface more efficient and especially got a more accuracy model. Its main idea was converting triangular meshes which could be easily got automatically and could express arbitrarily complex models into quadrilateral meshes.The concept of reverse engineering, reverse design process and reverse analysis were introduced in this paper, which has been used in teaching practice of mechanical design specialized curriculum, the students will be guided to apply the automatic method of reverse design to the innovation design of product by motorcycle as an example.

Abstract: In order to improve the machining accuracy of workpieces, we developed the magnetorheological finishing system. Taking the measurement and control system of the magnetorheological finishing system as the research target, we introduced the overall function design of the measurement and control system firstly, and then introduced the function of each module, including the multi-module control for circulatory system, parameter setting for the circulatory system, condition monitoring for the circulatory system, ribbon calibration, tool setting, anti-collision control of the finishing wheel and finishing spots collection. The developed measurement and control system of the magnetorheological finishing system can effectively guarantee the high-precision machining of machine tools.

Abstract: SLC9-2-type direct reading; current meter is a lightweight, reliable, affordable, low consumption of the new flow measurement instruments, available for measuring the different depth of water flow speed and direction in the ocean, bays, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, estuaries . By improving its structure, using the simulation analysis of ANSYS software, it analyzes the new structure on the impact of lowing start. Simulation results for the actual SLC9-2-type direct reading current meter provide guidance for new design.

Abstract: Aimed at the characteristic that the leakage of constant clearance seal hydraulic cylinder increases with the pressure escalating, the paper proposed a kind of pressure compensation variable clearance seal hydraulic cylinder based on the metal elastic-plastic theory and the study of clearance seal. The paper analyzed the deformation mechanism and deduced the calculation formula of the deformation. It also had a simulation study of the deformation of the piston lip. By experiment, it gained the variation law of the leakage changing with the pressure changing. Test results showed that, the deformation of the piston can effectively decrease the leakage of the clearance.
