Abstract: The ring cold trolley is an important part of the sintering ring cold machine, mainly include the table body, wheels, axle, sealing device, a blocking plate, heat insulation pad, and grate. the trolley has large volume ,overloading, large contact stress, and hard work environment. The trolley may happen wheels position shift, even fall . the paper have designed a device that is able to detect the running state of trolleys online for measuring the distance between the ring cold trolley wheels. We gain effective data derived from measuring data and effective data analysis,and according theoretical bearing repair cycle, calculate Correction coefficient a of repair cycle the trolley wheel bearings .

Abstract: The strong and specific binding of two DNA cytosine bases by silver ion (C-Ag+-C) was applied to develop an efficient electrochemical biosensor for the detection of silver ion in aqueous solution. As a redox indicator, the hydrogen peroxide worked to generate a readable electrochemical signal. Thiolated short oligonucleotide strands containing 5 cytosine bases served as probe and self-assembled via AuS bonding on gold electrode. In the presence of Ag+, the specific coordination between Ag+ and cytosine bases resulted in more stable and porous arrangement of oligonucleotide strands. Hydrogen peroxide could adsorb onto the surface of gold electrode and produce an electrochemical signal. The cyclic voltammetry shows a linear correlation between the signal and the concentration of Ag+ over the range 0-0.2 μM (R2 = 0.9955) with a detection limit of 30 nM. The length of probe DNA has no significant impact on the sensor performance. This biosensor is simple, economical and reusable with good sensitivity and selectivity. We also validated the practicality for the determination of Ag+ in real water samples.

Abstract: Aimed at the technological difficulties such as low production efficiency and low product precision that “pedestal parts in wire crimper” in certain enterprise encounter in the actual processing steps, after making comparison with beat optimization method, the paper takes the measure of fixture optimization design to improve production efficiency, and then utilizes orthogonal experiment method to optimize cutting parameters in cutter and improve the surface quality of products. Moreover, UGCAM is employed to make simulation verification and then production practice is conducted thanks to the data and optimization scheme, so as to obtain the qualified products and improve the production efficiency, thus providing reference frame for how to improve production efficiency and surface quality in small parts with complicated surface through process optimization.

Abstract: A network measurement and control system based on STM32 is designed for the control of greenhouse temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, etc. ModbusRTU serial bus is used for managing the greenhouse environment instrumentation network and signal acquisition. The remote control of greenhouse is achieved by LWIP Ethernet and Modbus/TCP communication protocol, and the network control of multispan greenhouse is realized by them. MCGS(Monitorand Control Generated System) is used for the design of human machine interaction. The control system can reach producing requirements, high reliability, easy to operate and maintain.

Abstract: In view of the current discrete manufacturing workshop production process control problem of poor real-time performance, reliability, this paper proposes a discrete manufacture based on rfid technology workshop production process control system solutions. For discrete manufacturing enterprise workshop layer of the production process control system emphasizes the manufacturing process of real-time data acquisition, validity and enforceability of the production plan. Developed a discrete manufacturing process control system based on RFID, provides the foundation for just-in-time production of discrete manufacturing.

Abstract: This thesis paper proposes the theory of compound control system to solve the problems of slow dynamic response, low system control precision, and reduced productivity in the process of speed regulation generated because of the frequency conversion renovation in the injection molding machine, and deduces it with mathematical modeling based on the qualitative theories of ordinary differential equations. My conclusions indicate that to adopt the compound control system can largely improve its steady state and precision, and increase its dynamic response speed.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of ship dynamic positioning system, internal model controller is presented based on the mathematical model of ship dynamic positioning system. First, first-order internal model controller is designed in the surge motion. Then, aiming at the coupling characteristics on the movement of sway and yaw, decoupling internal model controller is designed. Simulation results show that the designed controller is effective for the dynamic positioning of ships.

Abstract: By recycling the kinetic energy in gyms, a generating system is closely related to this design, in which a perfect output circuit has been used so as to output a constant voltage no matter how variable the power of the kinetic energy is. Consequently, a continuing and constant current will be output when an electrical storage device is equipped. Based on a systematic analysis of the generator, accumulator and loading equipment, this thesis would grasp the variation tendency of each variable in the generating system, thus to realize the grid-connected operation of the existing alternating current and the generating system built-up by the fitness equipment.
