Abstract: With the continuous development of the Internet technology in recent years, the number of Internet users in China is increasing, with the Internet as the mainstay of the Internet plays a more and more important role in the whole social public opinion, our country has been the lack of effective means of supervision, which leads to network public opinion events occurred frequently in recent years, a strong need for a reliable method effective to achieve the monitoring of network public opinion. In view of the above situation, this paper introduces some key technology of Internet public opinion monitoring, then gives analysis, public opinion monitoring system design and implementation.

Abstract: Instant messaging technologies are becoming more and more mature as network gains popularity and develops rapidly. Instant messaging software such as QQ and Wechat from Tencent, Mitalk and YY Voice are based on C/S mode. In this paper, after completing software development, the platform is migrated and its kernel recompiled. After building root file system and migrating relevant library files, it not only resolves the problems such as Chi-nese gibberish and missing input method after migration, but also designs an instant messaging software for enterprises similar to IP messenger through P2P technology and C++ pro-gramming in QT framework based on Socket communication mechanism, thus realizing messaging and file transfer within LAN.

Abstract: Aiming at the actual demand of remote embedded devices to update, a wireless remote update system based on mobile network was designed. This paper presents the application of using general packet radio service (GPRS) to achieve update based on the embedded RTOS uC/OS-II. We describe and explore the main system hardware circuit diagram and software flow frame, the detailed process of updating and the measures to improve the stability of the system. Experimental results show that the designed system has good stability and extensive adaptability.

Abstract: Three-dimensional laser scanning can obtain the complete geometry information of the dam quickly and accurately, and then achieve the overall deformation monitoring, which breaks the traditional limitation of single point monitoring and local monitoring. In this paper, the complete point cloud data of the dam was obtained by three-dimensional laser scanning technology, and the surface model of the earth-rock dam was constructed by three-dimensional spherical projection surface dam construction algorithm. Then the accurate three-dimensional surface model of the earth-rock dam was acquired, and the first phase of the model as reference model,with different periods of point cloud data collected were analyzed with the reference model to obtain information about the dam deformation.

Abstract: High altitude platform station (HAPs) system is a novel and promising communication infrastructure, providing various wireless mobile services in Third Generation (3G) even Forth Generation (4G) communication. Because of the wind, variation of temperature and some other complexity conditions in the layer of stratosphere, HAPs might inevitably encounter relative movement to the ground. In this paper, two rotation models rotate around z-axis and x or y-axis respectively are constructed to illustrate the effects on handover. Computer simulation shows that the average possibility of handover is definitely determined by the rotation direction, cell’s position and rotation angle; the critical rotation angle of handover is also calculated when the cell’s position and the altitude of platform are fixed.

Abstract: With development of science technology and increasingly communication of different humanity, original attribute of traditional anthropology research object constantly disappear. Anthropology “field” changes from space in geographical sense to a broader sense of Social-politic networks localities. And with the Internet as the representative of information technology, which is diverse and interactive and has hypertext features, it provides a new method and possibility to data collection, investigation techniques and virtual field construction in anthropological field investigation. By exploring the application of information technology in the field investigation, important path of field investigation and development of ethnography can be searched. With rethinking tradition, it can keep dialogue with new technology.

Abstract: This paper is based on the FPGA-based realization of Channel De-interleaving in LTE system, including simulation, synthesis and board-level verification on the Virtex-6 chip. Implementation results show that, the encoding and decoding algorithm applied to the TD-LTE RF conformance testing instrument has advantages of high efficiency and good reliability.

Abstract: In this paper, the function projective synchronization of complex dynamical networks is investigated. Based on the stability theory for fractional-order differential equations, an effective control scheme is proposed to achieve function projective synchronization for complex dynamical networks. Corresponding numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization criteria.
