Abstract: Public opinion research is a new internet discipline of social science and natural science. As a hot spot of public opinion research, the research on the public opinion on the Internet has attracted much attention. By analyzing the status of the research on the public opinion on the Internet in China, this paper establishes the basic framework of the research on the public opinion on the Internet. Then some key technology issues are researched in detail. Based on the method and key technology, the paper introduces the design and implement about the platform of Internet Public Sentiment. This paper is expected to have the value to apply the Internet public sentiment analysis.

Abstract: In order to realize the large capacity of ultra-high-speed optical fiber transmission, optical modulation and reuse is one of crucial technology. This article discusses MAMSK modulation format all-optical OOFDM transmission system. The MAMSK modulation format with the method of phase modulation combined with multiple amplitude modulation, at the same time on the signal phase and amplitude modulation information, achieve the goal of lower code rate. All-optical OOFDM multiplexing technology is the electric field of OFDM, half its adjacent subcarrier frequency spectrum overlap, so the spectrum efficiency is very high, is a kind of very potential recovery technology.

Abstract: The driver control vehicle steering with steering wheel when vehicle simulator test,in order to have a good steering operating experience,the steering operating system should provide a torque changing with vehicle state parameter.When comes to performance of steering operating system,this paper mainly consider the steering wheel torque,aiming at doing a research to find if this system can output a certain value of steering wheel torque.This paper build a model of steering operating system,get a transfer function of this system with parameter identification,and analyze its frequency response characteristic.Finally conduct a test about the real performance of steering operating system.

Abstract: The comprehensive reservoir scheduling is based on multi-objective reservoir operation, should try to coordinate between each target scheduling of progression. In this paper, based on the characteristics of scheduling period, this paper proposes a reservoir optimal operation based on adaptive genetic algorithm solution of the problem. Because of the adaptive genetic algorithm can during evolution according to individual fitness and dispersion degree of genetic control parameters are adjusted automatically, can better solve encountered in the application of the standard genetic algorithm in the problem of poor convergence and prematurity.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer networks and the popularity of network applications, network security has been people's increasing attention. Network security is an important issue under Network environment, authentication technology plays a very important role for network application security. Through the study of reason perish analysis and system design, providing efficient and practical solutions for network security applications system. The purpose of this paper is to research on authentication mechanisms and authentication protocols, analysis characteristics and application environments of the network authentication system, develop the VIKEY online dynamic two-factor password authentication system.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet and virtualization technology, cloud computing, which providing users with on-demand services, has become a research hotspot. Under the environment of cloud computing, the datacenter, consisted by hardware and software, is a loosely coupled resource sharing architecture. The existing cloud computing's inadequacies are as following three aspects: 1. For lacking of real adequate and effective transaction of global bidirectional-way selection, the revenue of most of cloud resource provider is too low. 2. Since not fully considering the scheduling of multi-dimensional cloud resources, existing cloud computing's utilization for multi-dimensional cloud resource is too low. 3. Because existing cloud datacenter does not fully consider the energy consumption of communication between the cloud tasks, its energy consumption is too high. Resource scheduling is a major research direction of cloud computing. First, we make a in-depth investigation and analysis of the research status of cloud computing resource scheduling, and then focus on resource scheduling method to reduce the energy consumption of cloud computing data center. Finally we set an important future research direction of cloud computing resource management research in order to provide a useful reference for cloud computing research.

Abstract: This paper proposed customers to participate typology based on three dimensions, which are the customers’ autonomy in the process, the nature of the firm‐customer collaboration, and the stage of the innovation process. Then proposed customers to participate in the type of open innovation framework. Through the static comparative and dynamic evolution simulation found: customers tend to be open to participate in the development of new products pre innovation, the tendency to begin to choose the low participation of degrees of freedom, and ultimately tend to opt for a high degree of freedom to participate.

Abstract: For the situation of slowness of informatization of China’s small and micro enterprises, and the shortage of capital, technology and talents, this paper using a SOA design and Web services packaging technology, gives out a small and micro enterprises information integration systems based on SOA. The test results shows that the system can reduce the development time and cost of information system effectively, and improve efficiency, help to speed up the small and micro enterprises’ informatization process at the same time.

Abstract: This thesis adopts Conceptual Metaphor Theory and Conceptual Blending Theory as its theoretical background and investigates the multiple dimensions of Netspeak on BBS using a qualitative analysis. The thesis also adopts Conceptual Blending Theory to analyze dynamic online meaning construction and cognitive mechanism of Netspeak on BBS, attempting to reveal the similarities and differences between the two language variants and promote the public's understanding of Netspeak formation. This thesis examines Netspeak on BBS from different dimensions, which is conductive to calling more attention to Netspeak on BBS, a most active language variant. Meanwhile, it enriches ontological study on language and enhances people's understanding of Netspeak on BBS, thus helping people to carry out network communication more efficiently. It also helps with English and Chinese language teaching by dealing with diverse linguistic facts in Netspeak. As an emerging language variant, Netspeak on BBS is in its initial stage and its relevant issues are worthy of further study.

Abstract: The Network Publishing is a new type of publishing in near future,which presents a severe challenge for copyright protection in the environment of Internet. This paper defined characteristics, scope and conformations of the Network Publishing based on publishing theories; and also analyzed the development of some laws and regulations on Copyright in terms of publishing and printing. This paper further put forward the solution to the challenges presented by the Network Publishing concerning copyright by analyzing copyright in network environment based on some pertinent terms of the new Law on Copyright in China.
