Abstract: Openness is the development trend of browser. This paper innovatively combined webpage with instant messaging in allusion to internet users urgent desire of communicating webpage content with other users, and demand of more open webpage. It inserted instant messaging function in browser, which allowed ordinary users to be able to realize functions of adding, looking up, and entering chat rooms for any webpage, made users who were browsing the same URL and websites can communicate by entering the same chat room, so as to provide communicating site for users visiting the same website. This system conformed to the open development trend of internet, meanwhile, expanded the market of internet industry.

Abstract: The design of TCP/IP is the key of the success of Internet. Due to the network considered as a “black box”, the congestion control algorithm becomes the most important part of TCP. TCP Westwood provides an eligible rate estimation algorithm that improves upon the performance of TCP Reno in wired as well as wireless networks. The improvement is most significant in wireless networks with lossy links. In mobile communication, due to the node mobility, the bandwidth shifting requires higher demands to QoS. In mobile networks with high bandwidth, such as 3G/LTE, the bandwidth will shift rapidly in different positions. We call this bandwidth instability, which is the cause of the degradation of performance. However, Westwood TCP or the other popular TCP cannot response quickly to this situation. In this paper, we verify the problem mentioned above of varied TCP protocols. After that, we propose an improved fast recovery mechanism based on Westwood TCP. The new mechanism can adjust the congestion window in time when the bandwidth shifts.

Abstract: The interaction of electricity is one of the basic characteristics of smart grid, for interactive methods of using electricity and the information security risk and demand research. First of all, from the risk perspective, the interaction of electric power information security and wide area environment using power mode under the comparison qualitative, focuses on the differences in the objective conditions. The two in the threat generated subjective motive and the consequences of the accident etc.. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of the interaction system with electric business process and high volume, starting from the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information security requirements refine the usability evaluation, key management and abnormal behavior detection such as the 3 aspects of difficult problems.

Abstract: In this paper, a layered channel estimation method is proposed for DS-UWB systems, where both ISI and IPI are taken into consideration. The multipath components are classified into layers with respect to their time delays and estimated layer-by-layer iteratively. In each layer, the ISI and IPI are mitigated by using the inherent characteristics of bipolar symbols and prior knowledge of the spreading code sequence and pilot symbols. A detection-directed refinement procedure is used to improve the estimation accuracy further. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can be used to gain precise channel state information.

Abstract: The paper proposes an ontology construction approach that combines Fuzzy Formal Concept Analysis, Wikipedia and WordNet in a process that constructs multiple concept lattices for sub-domains. Those sub-domains are divided from the target domain. The multiple concept lattices approach can mine concepts and determine relations between concepts automatically, and construct domain ontology accordingly. This approach is suitable for the large domain or complex domain which contains obvious sub-domains.

Abstract: The method of cyclic redundancy check (CRC) was been used in the process of RFID communication adopts to ensure that the data was transfer correctly. The principle of CRC was been introduced. The design method about 16-bit CRC code was been gotten through the hardware circuit and hardware description language. And it was compatible with the serial and parallel two kinds of data streams. At the same time it was been verified correctly in RFID communication system. And the results are verified in the specified clock frequency in xc2vp4-6fg256 device in FPGA Xilinx kit using VI-IDL in RTL level. It with strong portability could extend to all CRC system.

Abstract: The DDS middleware provides powerful support for data dissemination in the distributed real-time and embedded (DRE) systems, and supports multiple transport protocol (e.g. TCP, UDP and Multicast) that affect the end-to-end quality of service (QoS) properties (e.g. latency, jitter and reliability).In order to evaluate the performance of the transport protocol and then evaluate the affection on the DDS middleware QoS, this paper first briefly compares the common DDS implementations, and then presents performance evaluation and analysis of the transport protocol in OpenDDS with different environment configurations, at last presents the conclusion.
