Safeguard System on the Quality of Excellent Engineers Training

Abstract:

Based on literature research, this study proposed a topic on the safeguard system of quality of excellent engineers training. Four safeguard elements of training quality are elaborated, namely, faculty building (premise), collaboration with enterprises (key point), governmental support (guarantee) and the participation of students (basis). Likewise, basic knowledge structure, engineering capability training and engineering accomplishment cultivation are safeguard elements of training quality. Meanwhile, the construction of collaboration, control of practice, improvement of safeguard mechanism and the fulfillment of participating members are safeguard conditions of training quality. It is concluded that Excellence Program can be achieved and effective by constructing the safeguard system of training quality and serious process control.
