Abstract: In this paper, an extended-range hybrid solar-cell and battery powered bicycle through a wireless sensor network (WSN) for far-end network monitoring solar energy to charge two lead-acid batteries and the effectiveness analysis is proposed. In order to achieve this goal, the key component of ZigBee used for a far-end wireless network supervisory system is setup. By adding a small-powered solar panel to charge two batteries when idle or low power periods, an extended-range hybrid powered bicycle allows its driving distance to be increased further. The alternative with this solution, though, are weight and cost. Experimental results prove that our prototype, the solar energy powered bicycle, can manage the solar energy for charging two lead-acid batteries pack to extend its range. As a result, the user by the wireless network in parking period knows the data on the amount of immediate solar radiation, the degree of illumination, the ambient temperature, and electrical energy storage capacity information by the internet interface.

Abstract: In order to gain the biogas production potential from pericarp of longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) fruits, the anaerobic batch fermentation which were divided into the control group (120mL inoculum), the experimental group (120mL inoculum and 15g Dimocarpus longan pericarp) were performed at 30°C.The results indicated that the net biogas production of the experimental group during total fermentation time of 45d was 2455mL. Further, it was calculated that the biogas yield of Dimocarpus longan pericarp was 269mL/g TS or 294mL/g VS.

Abstract: With the development of printing technology, greater emphasis has been laid on environmentally friendly materials. Due to its printability and environmental friendliness, Water-based flexo ink is gradually gaining popularity at home and abroad, and has been widely applied in the field of printing. Different from other kinds of bills, scratch-type invoices have an additional scratch area on the surface, which highly covering performance is required for the ink applied. This paper emphatically analyzes and discusses: (a) flexo water-based covering ink and its application in scratch-type invoice covering region printing; (b) how to explore and evaluate new developed green inks. Compared with traditional inks, the water-based flexo ink is free of emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC), and its popularization might have significant meanings for the environment protection and sustainable development.

Abstract: This paper takes the waste lithium ion battery materials, lithium, cobalt metal recovery of cathode materials, the anode sheet and method makes the volatile burning binder, water brush technique separates powder materials and aluminum foil; then with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide system makes lithium, cobalt black slag with ion dissolving status the leaching liquid obtained by precipitation, cobalt and lithium carbonate products.

Abstract: This paper does a comprehensive research on SHE Case definition, objectives, standards, requirements and content involved in Oil & Gas operating company. The SHE case is developed as a demonstration that all necessary work has been carried out to ensure that risks have been reduced to ‘As Low As Reasonably Practicable’ (ALARP). Through research on SHE case requirements and content, we can see that SHE case can be used to prevent major accident.

Abstract: With analyzing the environmental status of law enforcement and job demands, the environmental protection mobile enforcement system was developed based on Android platform and SOA architecture. Using this system, the ability of environmental law enforcement supervision and management was improved, and various environmental administrative law enforcement issues were solved under the limited environmental management resource. Taking Shanxi Province as an example, the environmental protection mobile enforcement system was designed and developed in term of data integration, sharing resources, standardize management and function expansion. This system can been connected to the environmental Internet of Things system which was proved practical.

Abstract: To the H-shaped Mild steel damper which has been applied to the market, this paper proposes the opening box dampers were made in material Q235 steel. Studied the influence of the angular size between Webs and vertical direction to the box-shaped Mild steel damper by FEM ABAQUS. The results indicated that under the same rate in the web openings, box dampers has the same yield displacement and hysteresis curves were fuller than H-shaped dampers. With the increase of web and vertical angles, the initial stiffness of the damper box steel and yield strength and yield stiffness of the damper would reduced, but all of these are larger than H-shaped steel dampers; Meanwhile, moment of inertia of box dampers’ two webs to Y-axis is larger , which greatly enhancing the stability of the outside plane to the damper, the larger Web angles, the stronger yield strength and the stability of the outside plane.

Abstract: Heavy metal contamination of soils is a widespread and serious enviroment problem in the process of exploitation and utilization of lead-zinc mine. In this study, the distribution, pollution index of lead, cadmium, zinc and copper of the soils near an abandoned zinc mine dump heaps were investigated. The results showed concentrations of Pb, Cd, Zn and Cu in smelting slags averaged at 11950mg/kg, 92mg/kg, 8878mg/kg, and 2129mg/kg respectively, whereas concentrations of heavy metal in adjacent soils exceed the maximum of soil environment. Pb and Cd are main pollutant. All the samples were heavy pollution by the assessment of single-factor pollution index and integrative pollution index. Hheavy metals next to the smelting slags mainly existed in the surface soil (0-20cm). Heavy metasl had lower ability of transforing downwards. The distribution characteristics of heavy metals in farmland was probably relateded to plowing processing, mixing fresh soil and the change of soil pH.

Abstract: Irrigation coefficient is not only a critical criterion of the efficiency of agricultural water use, but also an important basis for the evaluation of regional water-saving scheme. According to the Head-tail method (measured net irrigation water use and gross irrigation water use), the irrigation coefficient of Hongguang irrigation district was determined in this paper. The results showed that this method well fitted the real situation of Hongguang irrigation district, and had several advantages including conceptually clear, convenient to use by local staffs. Practical application of this method in irrigation district provides good reference for the future routine evaluation of irrigation efficiency in irrigation.

Abstract: In this paper, Stochastic Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm (SPSO) is introduced to calculate parameters of crop water production function directly. SPSO is an improvement of the standard PSO, compared with which, it can be guaranteed to converge to the global optimization solution with probability one in theory, and speed up the convergence. The dimension of space of a particulate is determined by the phases of crop growth and development period in SPSO, and the sensitive index , an important parameter of crop water production function, is regarded as optimized variable to be calculated directly. This method can eliminate some problems existing in linear regression method, such as biased estimate and distortion of result and it can search the global optimization value more easily than the PSO. Through example analysis, we can see that the SPSO is better than PSO in accuracy and calculation speed.
