Abstract: Because the personnel quality evaluation at home and abroad is mostly too subjective, it could not satisfy the requirement for the objective and effective evaluation, the fuzzy matter-element evaluation theory and realization based on the hybrid weight is proposed in this paper. The objective weight and subjective weight is Respectively proposed using the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process, and the hybrid weight is formed by the objective weight and subjective weight using the weight coefficient,thus the model of fuzzy matter-element evaluation theory based on hybrid weight is constructed. This method Overcomes the drawback that the evaluation index weight is too subjective, solving the problem that the qualitative indicators in the evaluation process is difficult to accurately measure and describe, the combination of subjective and objective factors affect improves the accuracy of the evaluation. The experimental results show that, the evaluation accuracy of the method for railway maintainer is more than 90% , this method effectively improves the detection accuracy compared to other methods. It provides the managers with a set of effective evaluation system and method.

Abstract: The sprint is an extreme speedy sport of high strength lack of oxygen metabolism. While athletes are improving sprint speed, they often ignore the importance of relaxing, which is one of the factors to enhance their performance. This article, from the perspective of exercise physiology, the principle of energy metabolism and muscle area, describes the influence of relaxation and relaxation training on sprint performance. At the same time, it expresses individual opinion on how athletes achieve relaxation in the state and the training methods and so on, for reference.

Abstract: The similar structure of solution for the boundary value problem of second order linear homogeneous differential equation has been studied. Based on the analysis of the relationship between similar structure of solution, its kernel function, the equation and boundary conditions, similar constructive method (shortened as SCM) of solution is obtained. According to the SCM, the similar structure of solution and its kernel function are constructed for the mathematical model of homogeneous reservoir which considers the influence of bottom-hole storage and skin effect under the infinite outer boundary condition. The SCM is a new and innovative way to solve boundary value problem of differential equation and seepage flow theory, which is especially used in Petroleum Engineering.

Abstract: In order to improve the speed of simulation, one of the feasible approaches in mobile communications is parallel computing. In this paper, the operating environment will be achieved with MPICH2. Parallel computing is suitable for large scale computing tasks. An important factor which limits the speed-up ratio improve is that parallel computing cannot be achieved in communication process.Selecting the finite difference method, taking a two-dimensional steady-state heat distribution problem act as an example. By choosing domain decomposition method divide the entire data area into multiple sub-domains. Ultimately, the parallel program is designed in MPI’s Peer-to-Peer Model. By modifying the communication mode and the communication process, the speedup is substantial increased, closing to ideal values.

Abstract: The initial geometric imperfections is a key issue of the stability analysis of sheet space structures. A new described method of the initial geometric imperfections which is located in local spherical coordinate system is given, and the random imperfection variable is assumed to follow a truncated univariate normal distribution (TUVN). A well working envelope function for TUVN is chosen, and the acceptance rate is high for constrained region of the design code. The method provided in the paper is called spherical truncated normal stochastic imperfection method (STNS). The results of consistent mode imperfections method, traditional stochastic imperfection method and STNS method are compared, by which some conclusions that are useful for the design and the study of sheet space structures are obtained.
