Abstract:

Aiming to the traditional detection mode can’t do the real-time detection of fixed ammunition fuze, nor discover the fuze arming in time ,thus, cause the ammunition explosion and the damage to the texting personnel on the scene. Put the Image enhancement technology into the safety detection, with image smoothing processing ,sharpening processing, Histogram modification and other technologies, enhanced the detection images of Fuze safety’s X-ray; then, it realized the visualization of the safety detection by computer image processing, with the application of the Real-time remote detection through LAN, improved the detection’s accuracy and efficiency, ensured the timeliness and safety of the detection.
