Abstract: Ferroelectric SrxBa1−xNb2O6 (SBN) thin films are deposited on Al/Si (100) substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The nanograin sizes of the SBN thin films were analized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). X-ray diffraction reveals that all the SBN thin films show an amorphous structure because they were deposited at room temperature. The capacitive properties of the SBN thin films were measured using metal ferroelectric insulation semiconductor (MFIS) structures. The memory window of the MFIS structure was characterized with a capacitance-voltage (C-V) method.

Abstract: The eco-friendly dyeing of silk fabric with sodium copper chlorophyll was studied. Silk fabric was firstly dyed using a non-mordanting method, and two factors (dyeing temperature and pH) were optimized. Then silk fabric was dyed using different mordanting methods. The results showed that pre-mordanting was the best method which gave the highest color depth. In the pre-mordanting dyeing process, the effects of the category and dosage of mordants, and the temperature, pH and time of mordanting on the color depth of silk were discussed. The satisfactory color depth of silk fabric was found to be obtained at a lower mordant dosage and dyeing temperature, and a weakly acidic medium when ferrous sulfate was used as a mordant.

Abstract: In this study, the process of electrospinning was combined with traditional spin process to fabricate twisted continuous nanofiber/cotton hybrid yarns. The morphologies and structures of the prepared polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber/cotton hybrid yarns were investigated. Results showed that the twisted hybrid yarns can withstand the abrasion in conventional textile processes such as spinning. This novel method has shown potential for the production of hybrid yarns consisting of nanofibers and cotton fibers for potential applications in the textile industry.

Abstract: In order to develop flexible absorbing fabric, three kinds of 58.3tex Ni-Fe fiber blended yarn which Ni-Fe fiber content was 8.34%, 11.11% and 13.89% were spun successfully and fabricated to different kinds of fabrics according to mental fiber property and electromagnetic spreading regulation. The reflectivity of fabrics were measured by the means of "arch testing method" in the range of 2-18 GHz with the change of fabric specifications. The results showed that the reflectivity of laminated fabrics were better than designed knitted fabrics and woven fabrics, revealed that the nickel iron fiber content and fabric specifications had significant effects on absorbing property.

Abstract: NO matter what the fabrics of clothing, the first characteristic you need to meet is comfort. For down coat fabrics, they is the has the of the main drilling pile, The main characteristics they need to have are preventing fluffy drilling performance, good permeability, waterproof performance and windproof performance.

Abstract: “Digital Textile” is the product of combining computer technology and textile technology, and jacquard fabric has been the representative product of advanced textile technology. The multicolored warp jacquard fabric is one of the typical jacquard fabrics. This paper presents standardized design principle and method of digital multicolored warp jacquard fabric based on digital design technology, provides guidelines for setting up digital color model and digital database of fabric weave. And then, the practical research of “digital multicolored warp jacquard fabric” is carried out based on the application of digital design technology and digital production technology. Through improving traditional multicolored warp jacquard fabric and on base of digital design principles, the proposal of standardized design method will greatly increase the development efficiency and added value of such kind of product.

Abstract: At present, there are still drilling soft velvet jacket fabric, breathable, coated thick and many other issues, the clothing brand's lack of guidance on the technical parameters of the purchase fabric, so that the domestic high-end brands in soft single layer anti-velvet products domestic market share is far behind foreign brands. Based on the above situation, this paper on the international market of high-end brands such fabrics for data analysis, according to research data to buy produce like cloth, sewn jacket kind of clothing to complete the work and try to verify their anti-velvet, breathable performance, research findings provide proof fabric for further research fellow basic data, reference may be fabric or garment production company's procurement offer.

Abstract: The ballistic performance of UD cloth/3D fabric composite targets made of UD cloth and 3D fabric and UD cloth targets made of UD cloth were tested. The deformation of UD cloth is larger than that of 3D woven fabrics after shot and the ballistic performance of 3D woven fabric is weaker than that of UD cloth, but its structural performance and performance of resistance to multiple shoot is better than UD cloth's.

Abstract: Three different types of PA66 uncoated airbag fabrics are selected, dynamic permeability and deformation are measured by dynamic air permeability testing measurement. Average dynamic air permeability and exponent of dynamic air permeability are used to describe dynamic permeability; bulging curve and biaxial strain/stress curve are used to describe deformation. Testing results showed great useful to airbag products.

Abstract: Evaluation of thermoregulation performance of textiles incorporated with phase change materials (PCMs) has long been dependent on differential scanning calorymetry (DSC). However, some parameters like the time required for reaching the steady state and the effect of multiple layering cannot be characterized by calorimetric methods. In this paper, Newton cooling law was fitted to the temperature–time graphs of PCM-treated and untreated fabrics obtained by a digital data-logger. By definition, lower values of α in Newton cooling law associates with higher thermoregulation effect. The effect of using different layers as well as thermoregulation efficiency of PCM-treated fabrics were investigated by this method. Thermal imagining was another method employed to calculate thermoregulation percentage (TP) of the fabrics exposed to an infrared, IR, light source. The temperature–time graphs obtained by an IR camera were populated, and the corresponding TP percentages were calculated by image analysis. At the end, the results obtained by two suggested methods were qualitatively compared with DSC.
