Abstract: The tractor hydraulic hitch system is an important subsystem of modern agricultural tractor work unit. Its main function is to hook and control agricultural machines working position. The hydraulic hitch system is an important part of modern agricultural tractor work unit. The research on the hydraulic hitch system control method, is the basis of ensuring that the tractor work unit reach the optimal performance .This paper analyzes the tractor hitch control function, introduces the principle of electro-hydraulic control of tractor ploughing depth, and the tractor mechanical hydraulic hitch equipment as the basis, using electric hydraulic control to replace the original mechanical hydraulic control, improved design of automatic control system. The novel electro-hydraulic hitch system having multiple parameter stability comprehensive regulation performance, can replace the traditional mechanical type regulating device, to achieve depth homogeneous, stable work.

Abstract: Electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was set up, which was used to simulate the attack angle mechanism in wind tunnel. The compound control strategy with speed feed-forward and position feedback was presented. The speed feed-forward model was deduced. And the reasonable speed and position signals were designed, by which the undisturbed switching of the speed feed-forward control and the position feedback control was realized. The hydromechatronic model of electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was established by co-simulation technology with AMESim and Motion. The simulation and experiment results conform to theoretical analysis and show that the position and speed of the cylinder can be controlled simultaneously with the technology of speed and position hybrid control.

Abstract: As servo-control system becomes more and more complicated, traditional simulation method can't meet the increasing demand for servo-control system, an dynamic simulation approach for servo-control system is introduced With Simulink software platform. Taking an mechanical hydraulic servo-control system as sample, the mathematical model for the system is established by standard procedures firstly. Then the simulation model of this servo-control system are constructed with block diagram module in Simulink. Finally, dynamic simulation test are performed to validate the effectiveness of the method with simple operation of the software. The simulation results shows that the dynamic simulation approach with Simulink is an effective and convenient way to research the dynamical characteristics for servo-control system.

Abstract: The exhaust valve failure may cause drainage pipe leakage, but most of exhaust valve are lack of leakage protection and real-time alarm function. A set of new intelligent exhaust valve can monitor, alarm and close drainage pipes in this paper. The system consists of main controller, power supply, valve body and actuator. The exhaust valve is leak, the system sends failure SMS to the server or maintainer, and exhaust valve is closed to prevent environmental pollution simultaneously. The main controller is the core unit, and consists of power circuit, detection and driving circuit, micro chip and GSM/GPRS module. The intelligent exhaust value is put into practice, and it solves leakage and alarm problems effectively.

Abstract: A nonlinear tractor-semitrailer simulation model is established based on TruckSim. The control system which is designed in Matlab-Simulink contains roll, yaw folding and ABS integrated control strategy. A TruckSim-Simulink co-simulation model is constructed, and is based on which, tractor-semitrailer stability integrated control is simulation tested by a fishhook condition. The results reveal that the control system is effective. The proposed control scheme can significantly reduce the accidents of roll, jackknifing and yaw loss of control of a tractor semi-trailer, improving the vehicle driving stability.

Abstract: A intelligent speed control method for the hydraulic valve-controlled motor system was presented based on the fuzzy-neural network control which introduces the fuzzy control into neural network. The simulation results showed the self-adaptive ability and controlling performance of the hydraulic valve-controlled motor system was improved.

Abstract: Due to the lack of cruising ability in HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle), along with concerns about environmental issues, a hybrid power source built from a battery and an ultracapacitor is used as vehicular power source and is charged during braking processes. Based on the rule of “the lower ultracapacitor voltage, the less battery charging; the higher ultracapacitor voltage, the more battery charging”, this paper adopts a fuzzy logic control strategy to supervise the braking energy. Simulation results obtained using MATLAB/SIMULINK indicate that this method can effectively manage the energy distribution during regenerative braking processes and extend driving distance. Furthermore, the present approach provides an improvement in fuel economy and reduces pollutant emissions.

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional CNC sensor network such as the difficult cable laying and long-distance communication signal attenuation, this paper designed the CNC monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology. The design reduced the power consumption of the wireless sensor nodes and the packet loss rate of the sink nodes through the hardware-software co-design. The Internet of Things protocol presented in this paper achieved the real-time communication between the CNC operating platform and the wireless sensor nodes. The experiment result shows that the CNC monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology can provide the temperature and vibration information for the CNC operating platform in time with the advantages of simple layout and reliable communication.

Abstract: Infrared weak small target detection is one of the key technologies in the early infrared imaging guidance and wide-field view surveillance system. In the complex and low signal-to-noise ratio background, the target has only a few pixels. There is no shape and texture information to use. It brings great difficulties to the infrared weak small target detection. In this paper, we sum up the research status of infrared weak small target detection method, and analyze the key problems of infrared weak small targets detection.
