Abstract: pH value, temperature and pressure are very important parameters in understanding the subsurface distribution and leakage in the geological storage of carbon dioxide. the in-suit access technology of pH value, temperature and pressure for deepwater environment have been a common concern in the field. In the article the hardware and software design of Comprehensive automatic monitor including is described based on MSP430 in detail. The experiment results show that it can be used in the deepwater environment to monitor the pH value, temperature and pressure in-suit with the advantages of high reliability, low power consumption, long-distance transmission, anti pressure, multi-node, anti temperature and so on.

Abstract: The high precise pH automatic monitoring measurement is designed based on MSC1210 MCU and pH sensor. To eliminate the effect of temperature on the measurement results, a pH value temperature compensation module is established using the least Squares Method to analyze the linear relationship between pH and voltage. The results show that, the automatic monitoring measurement possesses broad application prospects with the advantages of ultra-low power consumption, good stability and high precision.

Abstract: The power and brake performance of wheeled construction machinery are separately detected on different test equipment in present chassis detection line. A new method is put forward in the veiw of high cost, large area occupied and low treatment efficiency of the traditional line. A DC dynamometer is provided as the power absorbing device and the reverse drag device to combine the two separate platforms in the proposed method, and the mathematical model of DC dynamometer is built based on the principle of chassis performance test. The parameter of dynamometer is determined by calculating, and power and brake detection integration of the wheeled construction machinery is achieved on the integrated test platform.

Abstract: The load identification technology is applied in the overrunning clutch torque test, and a new test method is brought up as to apply the experimental modal analysis theory and the load identification principle into the test study. Through the improved test method, the testing device’s dynamic properties are acquired, the transfer function matrix of the system is exported, the test method of overrunning clutch torque is improved, and the test precision is increased. The rational structural design and reliable data processing make it more convenient for practical application.

Abstract: An automatic surface contour detection system was designed. The detection precision of two sensors and the transmission accuracy of screw were important factors influencing the characteristics of the detection system. A laser displacement sensor and cable-displacement sensor were chosen in this system, which both have high precision and easy work principles. Bluetooth module could realize interaction between SCM and PC reliably and quickly in close range. After programming interaction interface using LabView, the surface contour of measured part could be acquired in real-time.

Abstract: A series expansion calculation model was proposed to compute the change of magnetic induction intensity at the coil center above a conductive plate, based on the Maxwell equations, the magnetic vector potential and solution region truncation. When the truncated solution region radius and the summation terms are chosen properly, the computation time can be reduced considerably and preserve the computational accuracy. The model was compared with finite element method and the results agreed very well, and it confirms the suitability of the proposed model and its application prospect in electromagnetic non-destructive testing.

Abstract: This paper introduces the electric cable partial discharge detection technology and elaborates pulse waveform characteristics of cable partial discharge, PD signal’s detection theory and basic method of cable PD source localization. On this basis, application examples of substation cable-site detection are given.

Abstract: Real-time monitoring and early warning of landslide disaster can be performed by landslide remote monitoring and early warning system, and by use this system landslide disaster losses can also be reduced effectively. In order to improve the monitoring signal transmission, such as the un-interruption and anti-disturbance, Beidou satellite communication technology has been applied to overcome the shortcomings of poor communication network signal and the existence of blind area. The research result shows that the Beidou satellite communication technology can effectively ensure the continuity of signal transmission and eliminating the communication network’s blind area. Hence, Beidou satellite communication technology is an advisable measure to ensure the normal work of landslide remote monitoring and early warning system.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the basic principle of flow velocity measurement, analysis of the structure of the polarity correlation algorithm, the circuit implementation, and the peak point determination, then introduced the LMS(Least mean square) algorithm in flow velocity measurement , thereafter,the simulation experiment of the two algorithms are performed. Experimental results show that with a noisy environment, the measurement accuracy of the polarity correlation algorithm reduced, since the LMS algorithm can automatically adjust its parameters to the external factors, so it can still have a accurate date in flow velocity measurement.
