Abstract: A smart meter was designed with power line communication (PLC) function. We designed the optimized power carrier module by adding a switching circuit that controlled by a microcontroller in coupling circuit on the basis of common design. Improved its communication efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Energy metering module used C8051F360 microcontroller as the main control chip and used high accurate metering chip ATT7022B to collect electronic signal. We designed a multifunctional and easy-to-use intelligent man-machine interface by using Beijing DWIN Company’s industrial serial LCD touch screen.

Abstract: Researching the gas’s temperature change trend was important for the system design of spray tower in which the liquid and the gas was mixed and the heat was exchanged. In temperature measurement, it must be concerned that the test data contain impulse noise due to the internal complex environment of spray tower. In order to get the real and accurate data and to acquire temperature change characteristics, the thermocouple sensors were used to do multipoint temperature measurement in different experimental conditions. The method of extremum median filter was used to remove impulse noise of signal. The simulation was made with MATLAB. The analysis result shows that the method can remove impulse noise of temperature signal and get accurate temperature data.

Abstract: Exact downhole posture measurement of steering drilling tool can provide reliable control parameters for downhole control system, so as to ensure the accurate control of hole trajectory. How to ensure the reliability of the posture measurement system while it works in harsh environment is a key technique in the engineering process of steering drilling system. A redundant measurement method based on multi-accelerometers has been put forward according to the analysis of the working environment and measurement reliability requirements of posture measurement system. Then the posture parameter solution formulas were given. According to the linear relationship between measurement signals, a reconfiguration method of the redundant measurement system was put forward to ensure the fault-tolerant operation of the system.

Abstract: Because of not considering the metrology problems at the time of production, it is necessary to developing the metrological verification system for an equipment. Firstly, the design requirements and principles of the metrological verification system are analyzed. Secondly,the implementation and principle of the hardware of the general equipment and special equipment verification device in the system are presented in detail. Thirdly,the system software development tools, the design ideas and operation interface are introduced. Finally, the metrological verification system has made an objective assessment.

Abstract: Based on measurement error of observation nodes is commom in mechanical system fault detection, but the traditional denoising method has many shortcomings. This paper introduce the Gibbs sampling method, which can be used to denoise and eliminate measurement error for node discreted information. We discuss it, and expect some promotion in practical application.

Abstract: Applying Wall tapping and roof sounding for coal blasting mining, excavation face to determine whether the status of roadway roof separation occurs. Firstly through beating the different parts of rock layers and record the received voice signal, which do the DTW feature extraction of the voice signal. Secondly based on the model database of constructed roof separated layer, determining the state of the roof combining with BP neural network recognition algorithm, after the extraction of DTW feature and the sequence data generated. Finally simulation and experiments show that identification method based on DTW, determining the state of the roof characteristic. Whether the roof separation of roadway occurs, to avoid the misjudgment problems of lack of experience in practical works.

Abstract: In modern industry the processing quality and precision become the concerned aspects. The cutting force dynamometer could ensure the two points by adjusting the cutting parameters. A piezoelectric dynamometer is introduced. The electric potential of X0 and Y0 crystal wafer has been analyzed by ANSYS under Fz, Fx and Mz. For the Fx and Mz measurement, the charge distribution expression is calculated by nonlinear elasticity and piezoelectric theory. The dynamometer is designed and the calibration experiments have been had. The nonlinearity and repeatability of Mz, Fx, and Fz are 0.77% and 1.05%, 0.46% and 0.58%, 0.34% and 0.69.

Abstract: In this paper, the temperature and pressure distribution in sensitive element of nozzle array structure gyroscope is analyzed. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD software, the finite element simulation is conducted by a series of procedures, such as two-dimensional model building of fluidic gyroscope, mesh, load applying and equation solving. The temperature and pressure distributions of nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscopes are calculated. The results show that the thermal wires heat temperature of the surrounding gas which place at 1.5mm from the outlet, and which produce internal temperature gradient in sensitive cavity, temperature changes symmetry of the cavity center. The pressure near the outlet is higher than any other position in the cavity, and which is 0.21109Pa. In this paper, the structure optimization of nozzle array gyroscope which provides effective theoretical basis for improving its performance.

Abstract: According to the demand of water quality automatic monitoring in many large or medium reservoirs, we proposed an on-line water quality monitoring system. It is composed of wireless sensor networks and an embedded monitoring platform. We built a novel early-warning model to well adapt to the regular pattern of water quality change in the reservoirs. As a result, an Android application with outstanding control experience is achieved for real-time monitoring, water pollution early warning and water quality comprehensive assessment. Experimental results show that the system can work stably for a long time and provide accurate monitoring information continuously. It can also detect the abnormal signals of water quality in time and alarm. The system efficiently satisfies the requirement of water quality on-line automatic monitoring.
