Abstract: Water sources in desert areas involved require manual on-site control, decentralized management, At the same time network interruption occurred occasionally. Based on this reason presents a LabVIEW-based network complementary monitoring system. This System achieves field device communication through the RS485 bus, using the Modbus protocol, then, realizes the communication between PLC, Power module Power module and the host PC through the serial port server by a wireless local area network or GPRS. The host computer develops monitoring interface through LabVIEW to achieve network complementary communication. Practice has proved that the system realizes simply, communicates reliably, and has a good expansibility, which has met the needs of remote monitoring of water sources and improved its management conditions.

Abstract: The paper centers on the character of fault modes recognition for control system and introduces intelligent diagnosis based on signal computing that is called fault recognition system. The key point and direction in recent research about fault recognition is given out. Later classifier of the fault recognition system and its character occupy an important part in the paper. At last application prospect of pattern recognition in fault diagnosis is stated briefly.

Abstract: According to the communication mode between different series of inverter and different series of PLC, the database model of communication protocols and parameters is built; then query application software is developed for the establishment, modification and searching the inverter communication network configuration. It is built with VC++ as the foreground, SQL Server as the background database support. The main function modules include communication parameter management module, communication program information management module and information query module. Results show that it can quickly provide communication scheme between the commonly used inverter and PLC for the industrial site and technical personnel.

Abstract: To guarantee the normal construction of trenchless rigs and increase enterprises’ managerial effectiveness of trenchless rigs all over the country, considering the construction characteristics of this kind of machine, the paper develops a upper-computer software of trenchless rig remote monitoring device based on VB. Through this software, it is convenient for enterprises to realize the real-time monitoring of trenchless rig information such as its application factors, geographical locations ,operating time and primitive parameters. Field experiment was conducted when software design for testability was finished, and the experimental data shows that this software can meet projects’ application requirements.Key words: VB; trenchless rig; monitoring; software

Abstract: The original idea of antiwindup controller design of equivalent separated-integartor controller structure for phase-lead-lag controller is presented in the paper. The idea is competitive to antiwindup for PID controller which is frequently applied in industry. Thus, mature approach of antiwindup for PID controller can be adopted in solving windup problems in phase-lead-lag controller. From equivalent model and especially from performed simulations, it is seen that the presented solution eliminate the windup.

Abstract: This paper considers the nolinear system robust estimation problem with measurement time delay. The purpose is to provide algorithm for inertial navigation system nonlinear error model in transmittion delay case. Considering that innovation regroup method can treat the measurement delay problem better with no addition of system state dimension, and decrease the system computation, therefore, that algorithm is combined with extended set-membership estimation and deduce the distrete nonlinear system extended set-membership estimation algorithm with measurement delay, realize nonlinear system varying state estimation and the treatment of measurement delay. At last, apply the algorithm to carrier aircraft in-flight alignment and validate the effecitiveness.

Abstract: This paper focused on predictive algorithm of network utilization for networked control system (NCS). Auto-Regressive and Moving Average (ARMA) model was presented for general network utilization, which with fixed constant and known white noise. ARMA model parameters are estimated using parameter estimation algorithm of Recursive Extended Least Squares (RELS). Finally, a simulation example was given to realize RELS of ARMA model. Predictive output of network utilization can be obtained and converge to real state.

Abstract: An efficient method aimed at smooth and stable control forces for optimal control problem is described. Based on the native discrete mechanics and optimal control (DMOC) method, which focus mainly on the minimization of the total control forces, a gradient penalty term is introduced to cost functional to smooth the control forces. Then vibration of control forces is overcome by limiting the total gradient of the discrete control forces. With suitable discrete cost functional and constraints, the continuous optimal control problem is transformed to an equally finite dimensional form, which can be easily solved by standard algorithms. Finally, the numerical example of orbit transferring shows the effectiveness of the improved method.

Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of XYZM Plate-and-frame Filter Press, illustrates the working process of the hydraulic control system by combining circuit and hydraulic principle diagram, and then gives out the checking analysis and the failure analysis on the hydraulic system. The application results show that our hydraulic control system can not only complete the automatic control well for the plate-and-frame filter press, but also keep the pressure stable and controllable, which improves the productivity and the system effectiveness.

Abstract: This paper presents a fuzzy adaptive shape control system, which overcomes the shortcoming of simple PID controller and simple fuzzy controller. The PID parameters can be adjusted on-line in this system. The simulation result shows that the control system can improve the control performance and control quality of steel shape control.
