Abstract:

This paper introduces firstly the development of China’s overseas energy and resource investment in recent years, then it identifies and analyzes the social and political risks that affect China’s overseas energy and resource enterprises essentially, at last it provides strategic suggestions to improve China’s overseas investment in energy and resource sector.
