Study on Coupling Coordination Degree of Xinjiang Regional Economy, Coal Industry and Ecological Environment and its Influencing Factors

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the interacting mechanism of regional economy - coal industry and ecological environment (hereinafter referred to as ECE system), this paper calculated the coupling coordination degree and analyzed its influencing factors. Researches showed that: there exists the relationship of interactive coupling among the regional economy, the coal industry and the ecological environment.The coupling coordination degree of Xinjiang ECE system 1995-2011 experienced the process from the reluctant coordination to a well one, and system from disorder to order development. Industrial structures, environmental policies, energy construction, population scale and technological advance has a positive effect on promoting the coupling coordination degree of Xinjiang ECE system , according to the influence extent,it ranks population scale , energy construction ,technical advance ,environmental policies and industrial structures.
