Based on the previous theories of spatial structure optimization on regional tourism system in China, this research discusses the spatial structure optimization on regional tourism system of Huangshan City. It is proved by the empirical analysis that the spatial structure of tourism system in Huangshan City is in the stage of radiation mode at present, and with the period of reorganization and optimization on its spatial structure and tourism route system. The future expansion mode should be the ideal spatial structure of regional tourism system in Huangshan City. This process is ongoing.
