Abstract: Calculation of the critical condition for the initiation of DRX is of considerable interest for the modeling of industrial processes but it strongly depends on the chemical composition of the material, the grain size prior to deformation, and the deformation conditions ( T and ε ). This paper was therefore to show an approach that allows for accurate but convenient identification of the occurrence of DRX. For a Fe-Cr-Ni super stainless steel, the results show that there is a linear relationship between σc and lnZ ( σc=457.26-12.52lnZ). In addition, within the entire range of temperature and strain rate studied, it can be found that the values of both σc and σp or εc and εp keep similar variation trends, respectively. Finally, it was found that the critical ratios of both σc/σp and εc/εp remain fairly constant (≈0.92 and ≈0.47, respectively).

Abstract: To study effects of binders on storage stability of the silicon delay composition, sample B and C1 were prepared separately by adding shellac and fluororubber(FPM2602) in basic formula A, and sample C2 and C3 were prepared by changing adding amounts and modes of fluororubber respectively. On conditions of 71°C and 92% humidity variation rule of burning rate and delay precision varying with time was studied. The results indicate that binders have function of “heat sink”, and reduce burning rate and delay precision of the delay composition, especially the effects of shellac are obvious. Under two kinds of storage conditions, sample B adding with shellac can obviously improve agents influenced by temperature and humidity. Increasing fluororubber contents the delay composition can also be improved influenced by temperature and humidity. Binders at constant amounts, fluororubber solution in adding directly to the composition in mixing process can improve the delay precision.

Abstract: Currently, there are three major methods for infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer to measure blank values. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods by using the measured test data from specific tests, and finally makes a conclusion that, the Cycle Measurement of Sulfur Blank Value (CMSBV) created by JIANHUAN WEI is the most effective method. Entering this sulfur blank value into analyser, the automatic deduction of blank values will be performed. As a result, the impact of the blank value on sulfur measurement can be eliminated. Abstract: Energy Supply and demand, and carbon emission constraints are the problems that must be considered in the process of rapid economic development by national and every province. Under the constraints of energy supply and demand, and carbon emissions, there has practical significance to rational allocate regional energy utilization. With carbon pinch method, this paper research the energy allocation of Tianjin, establish analysis model. Considering the overall and regional energy demand and carbon emission constraints, to determine the usage amount of every kind of fossil energy and clean energy, in order to achieve the best energy structure and optimal balance between energy supply and demand. To provide scientific evidence for local government to make reasonable energy supply and carbon emission constraint index.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of green appliances, the green degree evaluation index system is established from environment,resources,energy,economic,technology and society six areas. Fuzzy-EAHP applies the extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) to determine index weight of different levels. EAHP, which is more accurate and more objective than the traditional AHP, can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with the extension interval number. Building the Mathematical model of three-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first process comprehensive evaluation result is as input data of the latter process. Abstract: China has long coastline and numerous islands, which contains ocean fishing, coastal aquaculture and development base of Marine resource and a state of coastal area. Conventional energy often can not be used in these islands, where fresh water resources is scarce, and often the quality of water does not conform to the hygiene standards. Transporting freshwater from land needs too high costs , and often may be affected by the weather. It’s a scientific and rational choice that utilizing the local rich resources of solar energy, wind energy and seawater resources to construct desalination station by using Wind-Solar Hybrid Energy, solve the problem of shortage of electric and water in these island areas and protect the ecological environment. In this paper, seawater desalination system by using Wind-Solar Hybrid Energy has being designed on the optimization and the economic benefit according to the wind, solar and water resources situation.

Abstract: The pharmaceutical industry building adopts the centralized air conditioning system with the characteristics of complicated structure, numerous equipments, relatively concentrated, high level of energy consumption, flexibility larger. In this paper, a clean air conditioning system of freeze-dried powder production workshop at a pharmaceutical company in northern China was been as an example. Energy consumption before and after the use of energy saving technology was been compared. The energy consumption and energy efficiency was been argument. It was a very good reference to other pharmaceutical companies.

Abstract: Abstract. Influence factors of energy consumption of air conditioning system in pharmaceutical industry had a perplexing relationship. The impact of energy consumption would have certain difference under different boundary conditions. The single factor analysis of energy consumption on the clean air conditioning system can not accurately reflect the significant level. Therefore, in the paper, orthogonal test and variance analysis method were adopt to determine the relationship between primary and secondary influence factors from ten major influencing factors on the clean air conditioning system in pharmaceutical industry which can guide the research on energy consumption.

Abstract: The purpose of building energy efficiency diagnosis was to find out the problems existing in the process of using energy and analysis the potential of energy saving to guide the owner who should improve the building energy efficiency as far as possible to reduce building energy consumption. This paper involves only the research on energy saving diagnosis of clean air conditioning system in pharmaceutical industry.
