Abstract: In recent years , with the acceleration of the process of China's modernization cities , soil erosion and lead to many more serious environmental problems . This paper describes the harm to the social construction of ecological civilization city soil and water loss,analyzed the causes of soil erosion,and finally illustrates the importance of soil and water conservation of the city and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of soil and water conservation.

Abstract: In recent years the haze weather indicates that China has faced serious environmental problems. In China, natural resources are relative scarce. After the reform and opening-up policies, China’s urbanization rate increased rapidly, but at the expense of the environment. Industrial pollution, municipal refuse, the pollution of cultivated land and food security, urban diseases emerge especially in China’s big cities. To coordinate the relationship between urbanization and the environment, the future should focus on investment in science and Technology and carry out reasonable city planning and layout in the progress of urbanization.

Abstract: This study involves excess heat generation stimulated by Argon-ion (λ = 488, 514 nm) and infrared (λ = 1037, 1560 nm) lasers in a D/Pd gas-loading system. The deuteron loading ratios of palladium deuterides ranged from 0 to 0.76. The results showed that more excess heat was produced in the system triggered by a shorter wavelength (λ = 488 nm) laser than the other wavelengths’. Some new elements, such as Ag, Ca and some others, are found by SEM and EDS on the surface of palladium samples after being triggered by the lasers. It implied that some nuclear transmutation processes might happen in the experiment.

Abstract: With the rapid economic growth in China, the generation of solid wastes has expanded dramatically, threatening the development of the economy and human society. Government has invested a lot of human, financial and material resources in treatment and disposal of solid waste, but the effect is still not satisfactory. Therefore, this article analyzed the current solid waste management model and summed up the problems from five aspects: the government management, incentive mechanism, management mechanism, coordination mechanism and legal point of view, so as to seek the way of effective management of solid waste from the fundamental.

Abstract: The organic matter of marine strata has high degree of thermal evolution in Sichuan Basin. The gas generation ability of kerogen is very limited, which mainly relies on the soluble organic matter as gas parent material to provide gas source for gas reservoir. In this paper, chemical kinetics method and experiments are applied to study on the history of gas generation and gas generation rate of organic matter in Sichuan marine strata. Result shows that dissipated soluble organic matter in source rocks, dissipated soluble organic matter out of source rocks and organic matter in paleo-reservoir successively generate gas in proper order. Dissipated soluble organic matter out of source rocks and the oil in paleo-reservoir belong to late gas generation.

Abstract: A pair of contradictory problems of unstable combustion at low load and serious slagging near the burners, appear on a 330MW boiler made by Babocock. By diagnosis from aspects of the distributed control system (DCS) control logics and the boiler operation modes, it is found that the root cause is the coarse controlling of primary air (PA) flow which is caused by improper measure or calculation logical blocks of DCS. These improper DCS control logics are corrected. The PA flow rates are calibrated by tests in order to get precise coefficients for the new logic. The combustion mode, the control curves of the primary air pressure and the secondary air pressure are optimally adjusted at last. As a result, the boiler efficiency increases by 0.75%, the power consumption rate decreases by 0.2%, the NOx emission concentration reduce to half.

Abstract: To study control strategies of combined hybrid electric vehicle, the paper does some working conditions Toyota Prius car such as starting, acceleration and uniform speed using testing instruments. The relation curves between speed of rotation, output moment of torque, speed of rotation of engine and time were obtained when power battery was in high SOC condition and low SOC condition about generator and electric motor. This relation curves can be useful to analyze control strategies of the combined hybrid system in some different conditions.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to achieve real-time remote monitoring of fire site, we designed a intelligent remote fire monitoring system based on ZigBee network and GPRS network. This system, used ZigBee and sensor to build data acquisition and short distance transmission network and combined with GPRS wireless data transmission and SMS alarm ,cooperates with the server and PC to build a remote monitoring scheme based on GRPS.
