Abstract: The regular TV signal is converted to a Laser TV signal, the displayed video after conversion is not perfect and jitters in serious condition. The converted image is not clear, and there also exists chromatic aberration. According to gamut mapping matrix, this paper presents a dynamic real-time signal processing filter, which eliminates the noise generated in the color gamut mapping. It can effectively handle signals mapped to reduce errors and eliminate noise. We verified the feasibility of this design on a development board of Virtex-5 FPGA chip as the core ML50x.

Abstract: In the face of the global energy and environment problems, our country carries out some measures toward energy-saving environmental protection route in the construction field, which requires architects must start from the overall design concept for the preliminary design, fully considering the benefits between the various elements of environmental performance of building system. Environmental performance of building systems involves building system, the indoor environment of regional environmental impact and influence on the earth's environment, is a complex system. This paper introduces in detail the effects of five important factors in residential design in order to save energy, the effective use of resources to build low environmental load safety, healthy, efficiency, comfortable living space, people, environment and the construction of coexistence, continuous development of new construction mode.

Abstract: In our country, coal combustion power generation is the primary method for generating electricity, and the energy-saving and emission reduction has become an urgent task. AHP is a method of combination of qualitative and quantitative. Considering seven indexes of coal consumption, emissions, water consumption and electric, this paper firstly constructed a three layer hierarchical structure model, secondly obtained judgment matrices of every layers, verified the consistency of the judgment matrix with MATLAB algorithm and calculated the weight vector, finally obtained weights of the five power plants by integrated evaluation. The results show that, using the analytic hierarchy process can fairly and objectively evaluate the effect of energy-saving and emissions reduction, which can as a reference.

Abstract: The present study utilized the capability of ambient-temperature plasma in modifying the surface properties of materials to activate the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber surfaces. The effects of different plasma treatment parameters (such as plasma power, treatment time) and grafting parameters (such as grafting temperature, acrylic acid monomer concentration, grafting time) on the activation and grafting of the PET fibers were studied. The feasibility of applying ambient-temperature plasma combined with grafting technology for the preparation of ion exchangers in the heavy metal containing wastewater treatment was evaluated.

Abstract: With the furthering of China’s all round reform, there will be greater economic growth and more urgent demands for energy. And the achievements of shale gas exploration and development in the United States provide a lot of lessons for domestic gas and oil exploration and development [Figure. 1]. However, the introduction of the matured foreign exploration and development technologies also suffers a great challenge. This paper aims to analyzing the problems in the exploration and development in China’s typical exploration areas and the measures that have been taken. Also, it sums up the emerging technologies and methods in the world, hoping to boost the future exploration and development of shale gas in China in a certain way. Abstract: Because the United States has achieved significant success on shale gas exploration and development, which makes a number of countries in North America, Europe to begin to make a series of exploration work [1]. China also launched China's first shale gas resource exploration project in Qijiang County, Chongqing in October 2009. According to the Shale Gas Twelfth Five-year Development Plan, the shale gas production will reach 60 - 100 billion cubic meters in 2020. This paper will make a brief review on shale gas formation conditions and the exploration and development projects already have been undertaken, hoping to provide some supports for the development of China's unconventional energy.

Abstract: With the further development of national economy, people have become more concerned about the environment quality. Especially in recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of hazy weather, there has been a growing demand for clean energy [Fig. 1]. As one kind of non-conventional energy, natural gas hydrate, featured by large reserves and relatively clean products of combustion, is considered by the scientific community to be an alternative energy resource in replacement of coal and petroleum. This paper gives a brief introduction of the research progress of natural gas hydrate both at home and abroad, presents the research results and the obstacles in the next step to be taken for China, and then looks into the future development trend.

Abstract: With the help of social-economy statistical data of Dunhuang City during 1987-2012, based on the related data processing technology, this paper measure the coordination between tourism development and urban development in Dunhuang City through TOPSIS evaluation method, and analyses the reasons of the coordinated development. Results show that the tourism development and urban development coordination is continuously increasing during the 1987-2012 of Dunhuang city, illustrate the development maintain a state of positive interaction and coordinated development. Dunhuang tourism development and urban development coordination optimization is closely relate to the development environmental and policy opportunities, and has great role in promoting Dunhuang ecological development and environmental improvement, just like the implement of the western development strategy, the Dunhuang water resources rational utilization and ecological protection planning and so on.

Abstract: Renewable energy power generation represented by wind power and photovoltaic power is intractable,which brings great challenge to safe operation of micro-grid. Designing energy storage system is an effective solution. This paper mainly researches how to obtain the energy storage capacity when the micro-grid is in island state, and put forward a method for determining the optimal storage capacity with probabilistic method based on statistics. According to the probability density function curve both the maximum charging and discharging power and the optimal capacity of energy storage system are calculated which can improve the economic benefit and renewable energy utilization.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, the human race has entered a time of knowledge explosion. Visualization technology applications achieved good results in various fields. Knowledge can be defined as visualization representation using improved knowledge of at least two or spread between the two groups. Knowledge visualization framework includes three issues. It involves the concepts and methods and some are long, such as concept maps, mind mapping. Visualization system consists of four modules: graphical user interface, Utility Toolkit, XML data center, visualization module. Utility package includes an operating class and two entity classes. We can use the MVC hierarchical thinking to analyze the classes in this package.
