Abstract: Universities build college student entrepreneurial base. So they can encourage students to start a business and cultivate entrepreneurial talents. In this paper, we will discuss the applied technology in management and construction of college students' entrepreneurial base.

Abstract: In our paper, we use applied-information technology and mathematical modeling in arrangement. We take advantage of relevant data of the elements, and then establish an effective model for arrangement. First we collect the data of elements. Based on the two characteristic indexes of elements, we discuss the characteristic indexes of elements and set up Self-evaluation DEA model built on the hierarchy structure of the evaluation indexes and incompleteness of weight set. Finally, we compare our results with the real arrangement, and our results prove well. Furthermore, we extend our model to other possible arrangements.

Abstract: Study on the clinical medical knowledge engineering, aims to build a large-scale, shared, reusable medical knowledge base, so as to provide the intelligent expert system of medicine, medical information retrieval system, medical education, medical natural language understanding etc.. In this paper, based on ontology integration technology, proposes an ontology integration of clinical medical knowledge management and computer-aided diagnosis system framework based on distributed ontology integration, and the technologies related to the knowledge management system is researched deeply, proposes a distributed ontology integration method based on semantics, in order to solve the information can not be shared between distributed information the distribution system and the problem of ontology integration, build a semantic platform can share the definition, design distributed ontology integration adapter, a reduction algorithm was proposed for distributed ontology integration relation, the ontology integration, reduce the redundant relation integrated ontology language, improving the quality and efficiency of ontology integration.

Abstract: In our paper, we used data processing and information technology to build an iterative correction evaluation model.First,we collect the data of college coaches of football, basketball and hockey. Based on the two characteristic indexes of college coaches, such as the basic quality and the competition results, we discuss the characteristic indexes of excellent college coaches and set up two basic models: the one is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established by simplified DHFG algorithm and the other is Self-evaluation DEA model built on the hierarchy structure of the evaluation indexes and incompleteness of weight set. Then, the ranking lists can be obtained respectively. After that, we use four combined evaluation methods, such as average value method, Boarda method, Compeland method and fuzzy Boarda method, to combine the results of two basic models above. We establish the iterative correction model and Spearman test is applied until the results satisfy the homogeneity test. Thus, the more accuracy results are gained and the top 5 coaches are picked out more correctly.

Abstract: This paper studies the estimation of the parameter of Burr Type X distribution. Maximum likelihood estimator is first derived, and then the Bayes and Empirical Bayes estimators of the unknown parameter are obtained under three loss functions, which are squared error loss, LINEX loss and entropy loss functions. The prior distribution of parmeter used in this paper is Gamma distribution. Finally, a Monte Carlo simulation is given to illustrate the application of these estimators.

Abstract: An ant colony optimization (ACO) approach has been developed to deal with process planning problem to achieve the optimal process plan. A disjunctive weighted directed graph is conducted to describe the operations, precedence constraints between operations, and the possible visited path between operation nodes. A represent of process plan is described based on the disjunctive weighted directed graph. Ant colony goes through the necessary nodes on the graph to achieve the optimal solution with the objective of minimizing Total Production Costs (TPC). Extensive comparative experiments have been carried out to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is well-founded mathematical theory which has been widely used for many AI needs such as software engineering, knowledge processing, ontology engineering etc. This is a survey paper in which we analyze recent literature on FCA and some closely related applications using FCA. Finally, the new trends and future perspectives are discussed.

First I collect the data of college trainers of football using information technology. Based on the two characteristic indexes of excellent college trainers, such as the basic quality and the competition results, I discuss the characteristic indexes of excellent college trainers using data processing and set up the model: fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established by simplified DHFG algorithm. Thus, the results are gained and the top 5 trainers are picked out. Finally, I compare the results with the real ranking on Bleacher Report, and the results prove well.
