Investigation on Flat Wheel In-Suit Measuring System and Errors Compensation for Wheel Radius under Aspheric Grinding Process

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper mainly studied flat wheel’s surface precision, through envelope method, the wheel is used for grinding large aperture axial symmetry aspherical surface. With non-contact measuring method, designed and developed measuring system for wheel in-suit inspection. Aimed at wheel radius errors, proposed the compensation method, so it has certain value to enhance the surface precision.
