Research on Even Ways of LY12 Semi-Gobbler Thickness Distribution of Super Plastic Expand Forming

Abstract:

The theory of super plastic expand forming of metal sheet is rooted. The thickness uneven reason and control way of sheet super plastic expand forming is summarized, the thickness even theory and exactly control way of super plastic expand forming is studied .The result is showed that expand forming time of machined sheet is shorter than even thickness in surely press and height, and smaller forming press in the biggest stress rate, using LY12 alloy of semi-gobbler of super plastic expand forming as example, weight is alleviated by 15.05 percent, the bigger is m , the smaller is thickness difference of top and outside, the change of bulging is smaller in even stress rate.
