Design of the Double-Stuffed Bag Machine Control System

Abstract:

In order to save manpower, improve the quality of productions and the efficiency of productions, the double-stuffed bag machine is developed. After a lot of experiments and analysis, the way of double-stuffed is put forward and the Omron PLC is adopted as the main controller, and Omron HMI is adopt as the display device. According to the requirements of technology the number of PLC is chose, its extension is chose, the software about the control system is wrote. The efficiency of the double-stuffed bag machine reach 25 bags/minute. The efficiency of the device is greatly improved and can reach the domestic advanced level. The design scheme of double-stuffed bag improves the speed of the Cypriot bags, ensures the quality of the product, reduces the difficulty of the operation, and that has a good market prospect.
