The Process Parameters Optimization Study of Nuclear Power High-Pressure Vessel Belt Grinding Base on ANN

Article Preview

Abstract:

The article established the experimental method for belt grinding process parameters of nuclear power high-pressure vessel, put forward the evaluation index and the main impact factors of material belt grinding capability for nuclear power high-pressure vessel shell surfacing layer, analyzed the influence to belt grinding capability of nuclear power high-pressure vessel with different abrasive, granularity, belt speed, grinding force, hardness of contract wheel and grooves, established and analyzed the non-liner relationship of the belt grinding capability and its influence factors for nuclear power high-pressure vessel, which based on the neural network. With the relationship established a process optimize model of efficient belt grinding which based on grinding efficiency, grinding quality, grinding cost, and the model preferably solved the multi-factor comprehensive optimization problem of nuclear power high-pressure shell surface efficient belt grinding process.C
