Abstract:

A mechanics model for force balanced constant spring hangers is put forward. Then from the working principle of constant hanger,the curve equation of knife cams is induced. The curve equation is solved and the curves of cams are also plotted with MATLAB. The main spring mathematical model of optimal design is established.
