Thermal Simulation and Experimental Study on Tire Building Machine Hot Knife

Article Preview

Abstract:

To tire building machine hot knife , for example, the heat set temperature, flank contact temperature and flank edge temperature were determined and analysis, finite element method for heat transfer simulation calculations. After experimental verification, simulation and prediction of flank and edge temperature consistent with the measured data. Experiments show that the temperature can effectively control the heat source to control the temperature of a specific area, so not for the excess heat to meet the processing requirements to achieve efficient use of energy.
