Abstract: The pumping unit is designed and assembled collaboratively by using virtual reality technology combining with the UG and VAPlatform. A simulation roaming system of the field scene is established which uses Nvision platform and 3Dmax. The system is based on the real working condition to enhance the sense of reality, uses interactive roaming mode, observes the objects in the virtual environment from any point of view, and reproduces the working state of the pumping unit in the oil field, which provides reference value for the complex mechanical production.

Abstract: To meet the need of sharing three-dimension model among different CAD/CAM software users and enterprises, and to realize the functions of parameterizing three-dimension model, managing and expanding the data in system, a system of parametric part library is developed by using the technologies of secondary development for CAD/CAM software, ASP.NET, Database and Web3D comprehensive. This paper gives the way and process of realizing the functions above, and an instance of system is given in the paper.

Abstract: Traditional injection mould development needs longer cycle and higher cost, while the use of virtual assembly technology can greatly reduce the cost of the design process. Besides, the cost of newly designed products injection mold shaping and its die trial was very expensive; yet virtual mold assembly system can reduce the cost in the process of actual assembly. The simulation system of injection mold assembly and modeling can be designed by applying the virtual reality technology and its virtual roaming displaying can be achieved with external control and display devices on the virtual interaction platform of the Nvision. Finally utilizing man-machine interface technology can make users immersed in a virtual environment, realize man-machine interaction and provide a brand-new information exchange interface superior to the traditional manifestation way.

Abstract: With the popularization of the modern smart mobile devices and the embedded graphic program method, co-design in a mobile phone or tablet PC may be a possible technique. Although the embedded modeling software still not very commonly used, 3D graphics processing capabilities of embedded systems provided an environment for viewing 3D product model on mobile devices. In order to make the product of design and manufacture more convenient and meet market demand, the study designed a kind of co-design system software on android intelligent device. This paper is based on the use of intelligent mobile devices into a mechanical and electronic product collaborative design system.

Abstract: In order to satisfy the needs of fast and convenient customization of manufacturing scientific data sharing service, the data service customization process and its key technologies were studied. First the data resource model and the customization oriented professional data service model were studied. Then the processes of service customization, from resource registration, service definition, service parsing, to service generating, were analyzed. The parsing engine based on service parsing technology and incubator based on service generating technology was emphasized. Finally the prototype system was developed and validated by an example.

Abstract: Large-scale component assembly, such as the installation of aircraft wings and ship section etc., is usually high cost, long cycle. Virtual assembly simulation gives the possibility of direct and visual perceive of assembly before the actual assembly using digital prototype. A new virtual assembly model, called VAFM (Virtual Assembly Fat Model), is presented. It integrates not only geometry data, but non-geometry information is embedded. All information of model will evolve, mature and derived gradually, from thin to fat, during the whole assembly process. The paper gives the definition of a VAFM, its framework and the evolution rules of the fat model. Meanwhile the paper design the modeling language based XML. Finally, the visualization of VAFM is also presented..

Abstract: As an important basic industry in Manufacturing, steel industry also is a supporting industry for city industrialization and modernization in China. With the further development of information technology, e-business in the steel industry has accounted for an increasingly large proportion in the overall development of e-business. But currently e-business system is relatively decentralized, lack of integration and service expansion capacity in the downstream industry chain. Therefore, this paper is proposed to build cloud business platform by the combination of cloud computing and e-business, introducing service module functions through the cloud and end, and forming the whole process of shared business services in the steel industry. Finally, the paper does the analysis to the effect of its application in the enterprise to prove the feasibility of the model.

Abstract: The scaffold is a key part of the artificial regeneration osseous tissues. The ideal scaffold will have the ability to mimic the fully functional tissue, which can afford the fibrous form and complex function of the native ECM. Although Low-temperature deposition manufacturing is a promising method for fabricate tissue scaffold because scaffold can maintain a good performance of biomaterials in low temperature, the scaffold pore size can not be controlled according to demands. Therefore, the key factors that affect the pore size of bone scaffolds are firstly analyzed. Then the mechanism for on-line control is given. Finally, an automatic control system is proposed and some experimental results are given, which have demonstrated the effects of processing parameters on the Shaping of scaffold material.

Abstract: A Principal Component Analysis based Fault Detection method is proposed here to detect faults in etch process of semiconductor manufacturing. The main idea of this method is to calculate the loading vector and build the fault detection model according to training data. Using this model, the main information of fault data can be obtained immediately and easily. Also the principal component subspace and residual subspace can be constructed. Then, faults are detected by calculating Squared Prediction Error. Finally, an industrial example of Lam 9600 TCP metal etcher at Texas Instruments is used to demonstrate the performance of the proposed PCA-based method in fault detection, and the results show that it has such advantages as simple algorithm and low time cost, thus especially adapts to the real time fault detection of semiconductor manufacturing.
