Abstract: Because of the advantage of RFID, people have attached importance to this technology. The RFID application system needs a convenient and efficient way to transmit data on Internet. The proposed method is data transfer with J2EE. It can provide a great solution to remote communicate with RFID systems, and make the RFID application system operating more efficient. The system has been successfully applied to Shanghai Key Laboratory of Mechanical Automation and Robotics, and satisfactory results are obtained.

Abstract: Collaborative Decision-Making (CDM) is an important problem of optimization including collection of opinions and evaluations of results. In this paper, CDM is based on the model of cooperation degree (CD) and professional degree (PD). CD describes how close experts opinions are to each other. PD describes how close experts opinions are to the ideal result. This paper proposes a cellular particle swarm optimization (CPSO), hybridizing cellular automata (CA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) to solve the CDM model. In the proposed CPSO, a mechanism of CA is integrated in the velocity update to modify the trajectories of particles to avoid being trapped in the local optimum. Theoretical studies and numerical experiments are conducted to compare the proposed algorithm with PSO and GA. According to the experimental results, the proposed method performs better than other two algorithms in this model solution.

Abstract: High precision clock synchronization is the basis for all applications in network-based distributed motion control system. To solve this problem, the clock synchronization principle is analysed; the initialization process of STM32F107VC PTP(Precision Time Protocol) hardware unit is introduced, and the process of capturing time stamp by PTP hardware unit, as well as clock adjustment mechanism, is in-depth dissected. PTPd v2 clock synchronization is realized in STM32F107VC platform supported by LwIP protocol stack. The results indicate that it is able to achieve an accuracy of less than 260ns clock synchronization based on STM32F107VC PTP hardware unit.

Abstract: In the paper, the force is analyzed and compared using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench for the same patient with cleft lip using different programs, pre-surgery program is scheduled according to the results, the program will be determined by the surgery depends mainly on the physician's experience into a scientific analysis for cleft lip surgery, a way is studied to determine the scientific and reasonable cleft lip surgery program.

Abstract: Virtual prototyping technology is widely used in various industries. Adams/View software is a classic and widely applied simulation and optimization software. In Adams/View, there are two kinds of virtual prototype modeling methods. One is importing a geometry model established in CAD software. The other is direct modeling geometry model by tools for creating in Adams/View. This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Using the second method can build a parametric virtual prototype, and it is easy to modify dimension of prototype, rapidly test different design and do a parametric analysis and optimization design. The common method of parameterize model is point-driven. And the author has put forward a new method of parameterize model called as dimension-driven. In this paper the detailed introduction of modeling ideas and the key technology for both is given. And an example is used to compare two methods for disadvantage and advantage.

Abstract: The image-based 3D reconstruction technique is an important method of 3D data passive acquired in computer vision. Aimed at the limitation of traditional SFS based 3D surface reconstruction method, a combined image-based 3D surface reconstruction method is given in this paper. Firstly, the pretreatment method of gradation is applied to convert the input color image to 256 gray image; secondly, shape from shading method is applied to recover the 3D profile of object; finally, the B-spline technique is adopted to reconstruct the model of surface and improve the resolution of surface. The key techniques such as the principle and algorithm of B-spline interpolation reconstruction are analyzed, and the experimental results are also given. The single-image based 3D reconstruction method given in this paper will supply a helpful condition for the extensive used of SFS technique.

Abstract: This paper shows how the circular motion of a rotor with permanent magnets generates an induced EMF in a stator winding. The generated voltage is calculated with moving mesh in COMSOL Multiphysics as a function of time during the rotation. The model also shows the influence on the voltage from material parameters, rotation velocity, and number of turns in the winding.

Abstract: In order to reduce the effect of carrier disturbance on the stability of line of sight (LOS) of the optical-electro stabilization system (OESS), a stabilization accuracy model of stabilization loop is built, and the main factors affecting the stabilization accuracy of stabilization loop in OESS are analyzed. Based on the on-line semi-physical simulation theory, a dSPACE measurement system of the LOS stabilization accuracy is designed to measure the LOS stabilization accuracy of the OESS, and the controller of stabilization loop is designed on the basis of the measurement data on-line conveniently. Experimental results show that the stabilization accuracy of the OESS with this method is 0.24mrad which is met the requirement. The novel method of stabilization accuracy measurement and controller on-line debugging for OESS can achieve higher stabilization accuracy and a greater efficiency over the classic method, and also indicates that this novel method is efficient and should be effective on further stabilization accuracy research of OESS.
