Abstract: Job Shop scheduling problem, the essence of which is the resources scheduling problem, which has been proved to be a complete NP-hard problem. It has importantly realistic effect on further research, and has become a hot spot of research now. According to the practical Job Shop, as equipment resources are not unique, there are several machine tools with high frequency, while the number of that of low frequency is only one; the working procedure of processing components are also quite different, so we have put forward the Genetic Algorithm considering the sequence and, simultaneously, the machine choice. For reaching the shortest producing period, this method adopts Gemini string to encode, combining with the characteristics of the resources scheduling problem, and designs the unique way of Crossover and Mutation, meanwhile, it shows that the algorithm is effective through a specific example simulation analysis.

Abstract: Reasonable logistics system plays a fundamental role in the process of regional economic development. With the development of Xinjiang's energy resources conversion strategy is ceaseless and thorough, as the country imported energy and scarce mineral resources international channel, Xinjiang internal and external logistics hub action are highlighted with each passing day. In this paper the complex network theory is applied to the Xinjiang regional logistics network, important cities, ports, warehousing point for a node to connect these nodes highway straight-line distance of the railway side, constructed the Xinjiang regional characteristics of the logistics network model. Select the node degree distribution, betweenness, average path length, clustering coefficient as a measure, static statistical properties of the network are analyzed. Provide basic data for the Xinjiang regional logistics network.

Abstract: Pharmaceutical is related to people's health and life safety directly, we can track and control pharmaceutical safety and quality by constructing the traceable system of pharmaceuticals whole life cycle, including raw materials, production, transportation and storage. This paper develops a pharmaceutical production management system based on RFID technology, the system realizes the drug security by RFID, puts forward a pharmaceutical coding method according to EPCgloble, constructs a scheduling method and a monitoring of the pharmaceutical production process, and then it will be traceable for the information of pharmaceutical production process.

Abstract: One of the purposes of building a web-based PLIB is to transform the CAD technology application from isolated environment to network. To realize the main function modules of web-based PLIB system, the object hierarchies of SolidEdge and its Second Development Technology under .NET Platform are studied. And on this basis, the implementation methods of these function modules closely related with the SolidEdge API (Application Program Interface) are detailed, including the dynamic browsing of three-dimensional part model, the online parametric design of part, the information acquisition of part property. At last, an application instance is presented.

Abstract: On the basis of establishing 3D modeling of gear form grinding machine, all levels of subassemblies of the grinding machine were assembled. Then the virtual assembly of total grinding machine was completed. Based on the kinematic simulation module of Pro/EMechanism, and combined with the virtual machine assembly model, the simulation analysis on machine movement was carried out. By simulating the actual working situation of the model, it could be checked whether the location, movement and load of the product could meet actual requirements before manufacturing the physical prototype of the product. This method is helpful for improving one-time success rate of new product development and saving product development cost.

Abstract: Through the development of the web parts library system, this paper intensively studies the secondary development technology of Pro/E in asynchronous mode on the .NET platform, using C # programming language, dynamically browsing three-dimensional parts technology on line and on-line parameterized driving technology, and with ADO.NET network programming technology, achieves on-line connecting database. With all the key technologies researched above, it demonstrates the feasibility of achieving each function and process of web parts library system.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies a decision tree method based on support vector machine to identify egg embryo. It analyses the main characteristics of the types of egg embryo and sets up a kind of multilayer decision tree classifier by using "solution space". And it figures out the correct rate of the decision tree classifier, which concentrates on the types of egg embryo. By introducing the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm based on the structure of the binary tree for multi-class classification, it identifies different kinds of egg embryo. Not only does this method make the decision capability of the optimal one in every level of the decision tree, but also assures the overall optimal performance of the whole decision tree, and effectively improves the correct recognition rate of the decision tree classifier about the types of egg embryo.

Abstract: This paper uses modern control based on DAC control to numerically simulate a 1.5MW wind turbine. Through linearized modeling of 1.5MW wind turbine, this paper illustrates state-space control design and simulation for a 1.5MW wind turbine. This paper emphasizes on the use of DAC control to alleviate loads when the turbine is operating at maximum power. Loads diagrams of 1.5MW wind turbine including generator, low-speed shaft and high-speed shaft are obtained. The simulation results show that the collective pitch control based on DAC has certain effects on load alleviation compared to PI control.

Abstract: Design-manufacturing integration is one of the most signicant contemporary trends in new product development (NPD) for manufacturing enterprises. Exploring the implementation capability of manufacturing enterprises through the assessment of design-manufacturing integration is an important and crucial step for determining what kind of design-manufacturing integration is appropriate for manufacturing enterprises. However, quantitative evaluation of design-manufacturing integration is rather limited so far. In this paper, we view design-manufacturing integration as a complex adaptive system (CAS), an effective evaluation method for design-manufacturing integration is proposed. To classify the manufacturing enterprises into which can quickly adapt to the environment or not, support vector machine is utilized. Selecting relevant features among the features available for classification of was also dealt with. The experiment results demonstrate the proposed method is useful for Design-manufacturing integration quantitatively.
