Abstract: Through the study and analysis, this paper has screened out 20 major factors as evaluation indexes which influenced manufacturing enterprises’ quality innovative capacity, and 1 was applied to determine the weight of each evaluation index, thus constructing the quality evaluation index system of the manufacturing enterprises’ innovative ability. Based on this, the compound linear matrix system of evaluation was used to carry out the empirical research combined with 32 machinery manufacturing enterprises in some province, the result of which has practical guiding significance for improving the innovative ability of manufacturing enterprises’ quality innovation.

Abstract: The equipment operational reliability evaluation is very important for working safely. The traditional reliability evaluation methods couldn’t meet the demands. In order to consider the detection information during the operation from devices, the operational reliability assessment method based on information entropy and empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed. First, the equipment operation detected signals’ multiple intrinsic mode functions (IMF) are obtained by using EMD ; then the relative energy of each intrinsic mode functions are calculated and their information entropy are normalized. Finally the operational reliability of equipment operating status can be judged according to the normalization information entropy value. The method is used for a rotor test analysis considering of the degree of injury. The results demonstrated the method effectively, which provided an effective method for assessing the running reliability of mechanical equipment with less sample data.

Abstract: This paper measured the new urbanization level and the degree of intensive land use in 28 provinces of China from 2006 to 2012 through building index system, and built the economic model by utilizing GMM system to demonstrate the relationship between new urbanization, industrial structure evolution and intensive land use based on panel data. The result indicates that the industrial structure evolution is conducive to intensive land use. The development of new urbanization and the intensive land use generate structural contradictions, but it will promote intensive land use indirectly through stimulation of the industrial structure evolution. At the regional level, new urbanization inhibit the intensive land use in the eastern regions and promote it in the western regions, while the effect in the central region is not significant. Industrial structures in some regions stimulate the intensive land use directly or indirectly.

Abstract: After explaining the definition of accounting information quality and investment efficiency, the paper goes on analyzing the impact of accounting information quality on investment efficiency, puts forward the assumptions, and extracts the Shenzhen Stock Exchange A-share 99 listed companies from 2009 to 2011 sample data for empirical research. It is found that high quality accounting information can contribute to improving the under-investment and restraining over-investment, and thus improve the investment efficiency of the enterprises.

Abstract: Career planning and ideological and political education is an important part of college education. Career planning education embodies the "people-oriented" scientific development concept, career planning education for college students is beneficial to strengthen college students' ideological and political education work, enhance the actual effect, affinity and appeal of ideological and political education work, From analyzing the relevance of college students' career planning with ideological and political education, the concrete countermeasures of ideological and political education to strengthen college students' career planning is discussed.

Abstract: With the development of science technology in aerospace, automobile and ship, energy and military, the product parts space type face increasingly complex and surface quality requirements more stringent. So there are higher requirements to the digital manufacturing equipment to realize high speed and high precision machining. This paper summary the related research in condition monitoring, remote control, fault diagnosis and intelligent maintenance, and based on the lack of monitoring and diagnosis technology of whole life cycle, unperfected quality control technique, the lower intelligent level in the current equipment, it establish full range monitoring and the whole life cycle of the intelligent maintenance system and present fault diagnosis, control and maintenance solutions for the whole life cycle, and point out the new development direction of the integrated monitoring and intelligent maintenance in CNC equipment.

Abstract: Econophysics is a new interdiscipline where physics concept and methods are applied to financial analysis. For example, the application of theoretical physics in the modeling of financial markets has aroused wide concern. In the process of random fluctuation of prices in financial markets, many nonlinear dynamical problems are hidden in set coefficients and assumptions, resulting in the invisibility of market price fluctuations and unavailability of hidden benefits in fluctuations. Based on the analysis of price fluctuation mechanism in financial markets, this paper analyzes the characteristics of price fluctuation, and constructs the dynamical model of price fluctuation by means of physics theory, thereby providing a theoretical reference for the control and prevention of transaction risks.

Abstract: Based on the full cognition of the role of which new materials plays in industrial design, and combining the development of science and technology with increasing environmental awareness of human, this paper discusses the importance of new materials applications in contemporary industrial design. From the aspect of morphological characteristics, visual characteristics, features and bionic intelligence and so on, it analyzes the application effects of new materials in industrial design, showing that materials and industry design have the relationships that they permeate with each other, and they both play a significant role in the development of industrial design.

Abstract: Energy-consumption during a produce, especially an energy-used product, performances its function in its using phrase, can arise sets of environmental problem [1], which is the key problem faced by an energy-used product design engineer during a sustainable design process. This paper proposes an essential energy flow analysis methodology. Based on the product components structures units, this methodology built up the relationships between the component energy properties and its functional properties, in order to identify and describe the main energy-related parameter as well as a functional design process. A case of juicer design process illustrates that energy footprint mapping analysis methodology is of great energy-saving efficient during the early phrases of a product design process.

Abstract: Product’s performance should be sustainable the environment, which is accepted and be accomplished by more and more companies and people. While some of these methods used well in some special fields may damage the environment in the other period of product related lifecycle phrase. This paper propose an integrated solving environmental analysis methodology based on the unified energy footprint graphic model, which can systematic describe all the produce activities impacted with the external environment by tracing the energy footprint in the uniformed energy flow maps. This frame system can also be divided into three ranks, which can be used clearly to deal with the energy-related environmental problem from the product component structure design to the manufactory processes optimization even to the product families’ research and industrial distribution as a whole.
