Economy of Construction: Modern Trends, Management Decisions Modelling

Abstract:

The economic and multiplier effect of the construction industry is considered. The features of the construction industry are investigated. Proposals are formulated to improve the return on investment in construction. The development of construction can become a very important element not only to diversify the Russian economy, but also to ensure a balanced development of Russian regions, in particular Primorsky Krai, which has direct transport links with countries in the Asia-Pacific region that has the necessary potential. The authors developed methodological provisions for substantiating management decisions based on the material balance of the construction complex. Application to the development of the management solution of the system approach and the proposed model for the formation of a management solution ensuring integrity, successive stages in the formation of a management decision for the balanced provision of the construction complex with material resources are considered.
