Abstract:

Companies that function in market economy must unconditionally focus on a client and his/her needs in order to build its competitive advantage. In the logistic dedicated bibliography it is defined that the client orientation starts from identification of his/her needs and on this basis the activities to fulfil them are pursuit, and finishes on after-purchase-satisfaction judgment.The article presents the problem of the analysis of qualification processes of metallurgy sector suppliers.
