Importance of environmental education Environmental education of hydraulic engineering refers to the increase of environment scientific knowledge in the professional course system, which can enhance the students' consciousness and professional ability of environmental protection[1].
; blasting and construction machinery will produce noise; waste water, solid wastes and abandon slag etc. will impact on the surrounding environment[2].
It is relying on the existing school curriculum teaching resources, teaching materials excavated in the teaching of various subjects, mining teaching materials in various subjects, when penetration environmental education, merging the environmental education and the various disciplines, through the professional course knowledge learning, a silent transforming influence of the educated, so that in the future professional work can take Corresponding environmental protection measures, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
The penetration of professional class education will improve students' consciousness of solving environmental problems and professional skills in the later work.
School can arrange the teachers to the production line, to feel water conservancy project construction environment, and understand the environmental problems of the construction site.

And Hutchinson and Waters consider ESP as an approach not a product: understood properly, it is an approach to language learning which is based on the learner’s needs (Hutchinson and Waters, 1987: 19).
ESP is classified into the following three categories: English for science and technique, English for business and economy and English for social science by Hutchingson and Waters (1987), and they have respectively the branches of English for Academic Purposes and English for Occupational Purposes.
As the follow-up teaching of college English, the teaching purpose of ESP is to teach English of related subject fields, focusing on the English language rather than professional knowledge.

At present, the construction of communication integrated network management system is mainly around the communication comprehensive monitoring, communication resource management and professional management of these three systems[3].
These systems on the current operation maintenance and management work which have played a positive role, and has improved the management level of the professional communication[4].
Due to lack of a unified naming convention and interface specification and management processes, system memory in many islands of data and system islanding , which cannot achieve full sharing of professional information and data.
Overall construction ideas As a service in electric power communication professional operational support systems, integrated communication network management system and practical function, as shown in figure 1: the whole system will build a set of real-time monitoring, resource management, operation management, professional management for the integration of a large group of intelligent management system.

In the last two years, our school has enhanced the interschool exchanging to learn more experience, and has combined with the teaching characteristics of our school to further the study of the “water culture”, and has promoted the teaching reform of SWH-CDIO, and also carried out CDIO teaching pilots in some professionals.
Present Situation of MCU Course Teaching The related 51MCU courses are mainly “MCU Theory and Application” and “MCU System Development” in domestic colleges and universities, which are strong theoretical and applied courses and also the core curriculum of some related professionals.
And the mode can also be used in other core professional course teaching, thus we teachers can make the teaching and learning of professional course become more interesting.
Then it helps to provide an advantageous basis for making the professional teaching plan and talent cultivation plan.
This work was financially supported by the classroom teaching reform project of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College and 2011’ project of Zhejiang Higher Education Association projects (Project CODE: KT2011208).

This idea may have the following effects: (1) It is the ties to combine the decision-makers and professionals.
In this process, there is always the conflict between the city decision-makers and professionals.
On the one hand the decision-makers took great pains to find the sparkles of the city image, on the other hand the professionals disdained and had no alternative for some quick success and frustration.
For example, in the history of urban environmental protection, today people's awareness has been highy raised from the point specific protection to overall environmental protection or the protection of the whole city; but in some local sites, when there is the conflict of economic and social benefits, professionals and non-professionals (leadership, people or property owners, etc.) will have conflict on the landmark of the environment, development methods, public space managing, image design, and so on.
The waterscape of the Dayan Pagoda North Plaza is used in shallow pools and thin water on design technique, avoiding the deep-water long staying in space, which effectively puts an end to the embarrassment of clean water changing sewage, and also saves economic inputs of the maintenance, and gives the public and hydrophilic visitors a huge platform to near water(Fig. 3, Fig. 4)

And we should try to transform the single bilingual teaching into the total professional course.
In the bilingual teaching practice, there are two effective ways to solve the problem about interactive study with the help of our teaching team: first and foremost, good preparation just as “A drop of water’s performance on the stage need a bucket of water’s preparation”.
(1) Professional learning goals is to train students to use foreign languages to study specialized knowledge and the ability to solve professional problems.
It is essential for an engineering specialty student to have good communication skills work as a professional engineering in the time of economic and globalization.
This requires the students during the school not only to the accumulation of a large number of specialized vocabularies, able to read and translate the professional literature, and thinking in English to be able to successfully communicate with others.

First, 500.00g of natural sepiolite samples (chemical composition in mass ratio are as follows: SiO2, 54.36%; MgO, 35.56%; CaO, 5.67%; Fe2O3, 1.36%; Total amount 96.95%) are added into 3500 ml of water solution containing 175 ml of hydrochloric acid.
Second, the mixture is stirred at the speed of 2,000 rpm for 2 h by a high-speed dispersing machine, and then the sepiolite solid is separated from the admixture by vacuum filtering and washed several times with distilled water until Cl- is not tested with AgNO3, dried at 60 oC, and then the dry cake is crushed and ground into powders using 20 mesh sieves.
In the paper, task-based language teaching is applied to the functional material specialty English and a set of effective teaching methods is designed to develop English comprehensive ability and professional skills of students.
